I think it was Gareth Barry who talked to Crouch and asked him to move to Aston Villa. It was in the Sun not too long ago, which had pictures of him and Crouch together. And now Barry's move to a big club looks more than likely. I think I see what Barry is doing:

- Thinks of a way to not be hated by AV once his leave occurs
- Signs with Liverpool
- Explains to everyone that he had a good bye present
- "I'm leaving but I got you Crouch!"
- And he ends up being hated anyway

With all sarcasm aside, Aston Villa and Barry have had a lenghy relationship. I'm sure he won't be remembered as a traitor. They all love him!

Flamini going to AC is stupid.

He's been on at Wenger for years to give him first team football, Wenger puts him in the first team, then he waltzes off to an inferior team.

Great way to enhance your career right there. He must be another Ashley Cole. AC must have offered him more than 50k a week.

Now we just have to wait for Hleb to move to Inter, which won't help his career either.

Also Oba Martins is apparantly top of Wenger's wanted list. Why? Van Persie, Adebayor and Eduardo when he is fit again are all better than Martins. David Villa has shown interest in joining Arenal if he ever comes to the premiership, and he is much better than Martins. Plus Wenger should really be trying to get some decent defenders, and a solid replacement for Flamini.

Can't we just buy someone who is already an established player. Just once.

Bergkamp was the last player we brought who was at the top of his game when they came to Arsenal.

Jean Makoun is a TERRIBLE defensive mid. In the ACON, Cameroon where getting thrashed by Egypt what, 3-0 at half time? due to his inability to protect the back four. They replaced him with a relatively obscure, young midfielder, who played so well he wasa given a starting role in the lineup for the rest of the tournament, and even voted young player of the tournament. In short, Alexander Song is better than Makoun...

Arsenal gets back Carlos Vela next season, I hope to see him play loads.

Me too, from what I've seen he's like a left footed walcott in terms of pace and where he plays. Will be useful with rosicky injured after tripping over a blade of grass or something. There's some videos on youtube of Vela making sergio ramos look distinctly average...

Yeah, I have noticed that with Arsenal. I mean wasn't Henry pretty "new" and unknown when he arrived there at Highbury?

And for the love of god...Chelsea are really turning their 2nd half of the season around. They're putting the pressure on the Red Devils now. The least I could say would be "congratulations"!

Yeah, I have noticed that with Arsenal. I mean wasn't Henry pretty "new" and unknown when he arrived there at Highbury?

Henry was a kid who Wenger managed at Monaco for a bit, and when Wenger left Monaco Henry went to Juventus, where he pretty much failed. Then Wenger brought him to Arsenal.

The big day today with the final fixtures of the season all starting today at 3pm. And after all the matches have finished at around 5pm , we will have ourselves a domestic, league champion. Could it be Chelsea or Manchester United?

Let's hope we (United) can win the game early at Wigan, and by that I mean score!

Fuck Man U, that penalty was such bullshit, I have respect for Man U, but if they win the premiere league on that BULLSHIT penalty from Rooney, they will have lost all my respect, and so will Rooney. I remember there was a game where an english was awarded a fake penalty, and the captain of the team was honest about it and decided not to take it. FUCK ROONEY!

Yet you won't criticize the Referee? No one would say "no" to a penalty, so don't lose respect for a team when every other team would do the same thing, especially Chelsea.

I won't disagree with the luck going our way, and it's certainly looking more and more likely that we will retain the title. Let's just see what the 2nd half brings us!

Referee hands title to Man Utd.

Looks like Ferguson's constant bitching and moaning towards referees is working! Cheats.

Well he complains after the initial event...so he can't purswade a Referee to take back his first decision, but he can certainly throw abusive language towards them!

The UCL ss Chelsea's though, they already made Man U their bitch once. I hope Wigan pull the upset like they did against Chelsea. Seems like Wigan is the deciding factor for the title. They took 2 points off of Chelsea at the last minute, and now they are doing nothing against Man U. I have to leave now but I'm very dissappointed. Oh well hopefully the 21st things are remedied.

Giggs is not at his peak but still has a lot to offer. Against Aston Villa he was amazing, not in the sense of a traditional winger but in the second half he played deeper and split the Villa defence quite a few times whilst quietly engineering attacks. He is probably best in the hole rather than the wing, he still has pace but looks reluctant to use it :(

He got 4 assists against Roma just by not being picked up when he played deep and central.

Taylor: I told you so...

Champiooneeees!!!!!!1

Giggs gets a goal and he's suddenly the king? If I subtract 1 from 2 we get 1. So...we'd win anyway!

With that aside, it was a great team performance. I can't wait for the Champions League Final!

(Let's hope Anderson plays).
