Today, I was assaulted in traffic.

So my gma told me and my girlfriend to run down to the post office to get stamps. It is a small part of the town where the school is at.. So the post office isn't very big obviousely. So I'm driving around lookin for the post office. I eventually found it. You can't even tell it's a post office it's so small. Got the stamps.

Then I'm turning out to head home.. I'm going down this road and this green SUV is riding my fucking tail. I'm going like 65 on a 45 and they're right behind me. So I'm like wow okay. :S I'm getting to the end of the road to turn. Then they pull in front of my car and stop.

Out comes some trashy wigger looking kid with a pierced eye. Then he comes to my door and is like why the fuck did you keep going by my house are you trying to start shit.. Or some bullshit like that I don't remember.

I'm like noo I was lookin for the post office.. He's like na you kept goin by my street.. I'm like I didn't remember seeing ur car.. I don't know who you are.. I was looking for the post office. Then I showed him the roll of stamps I just bought.

Wow what the fuck. Then my girlfriend is flipping out. I'm like what the fuck are you doing. He hit me again like what bitch or some shit. Then he just got in his car and took off. I'm thinkin like damn what the fuck happened

So I call my friends like do you know anyone that lives by the school nd drives a green SUV. No but give me an hour we'll go find his ass. I call another to ask if he knows.. He's like yeah it's either blank blank or blank blank. (not saying name incase they google themselves nd find this lol).. I'm like awe, are u cool with him? Yeah why? I explain what happened and he's like damn that doesn't sound like something he would just do- just hit you for no reason.. So I call this other dude.. nd he confirmed it is ____ ___. So I call back the first guy like yeahh it's blank blank.


Then he's like " Oh well nvm lol it's blank blank I'm cool on thatt (everyone in the back laughs)." So all my friends are either cool with him or scared. So whatever I wanna do about it I'm alone. I came home.. My family is all wanting to press charges and shit, expecially since the guy is over 18 I guess. But I don't think that'll get anywhere but him comin for me.

My only solution is to go and try to fuck his car up at around 4 in the morning with some friends.

Before u go calling me a pussy because I didnt do nothing right then. He reached in my car and punched me. It was super unexpected. He's way bigger than me, and had friends in the car and a dog lol. So if I was going to do anything I'd have just got beat the fuck up anyway. And you don't think of it that fast when it's happening.

I mean in the perfect world I'd have imediately beat him and his friends asses, pissed on them, then fucked the dog. But that didn't happen.

I'm worried nothing will come of it. I'll press charges, then he'll get a fine maybe a week in jail and then I'm looking over my shoulder for a long time.
 
Press charges, My Fucking God, He punched you in the face when you didn't do anything...Yeah he's over 18, and if your under 18, he'll get a lot of jail time.
 
Honestely, I'm just too scared of what could happen to me if I got him put in jail or in trouble at all. If he goes to jail he's someone that has friends that would come for me.. And if he doesn't go to jail, he'll just come for me even more.
 
If you don't call him in, he's going to do it to you again, guaranteed.
If you do call him in, there is a fair chance he will stop, since he most certainly will not want to get charged for a repeated offense.
I can't be for sure since I have no idea what his demeanour is like in real life, but he just sounds like another douchebag with nothing better to do than just beat up random people. If all else fails, just carry some sort of protection with you. You technically are allowed to carry a switchblade in your car if it's less than 2 1/2 inches (though I would only do this as an absolute last resort)

It's best that you call the police over this matter, although that can depend on where you live. If you're living in the suburbs, it's a good choice to call the police, since calling them will usually guarantee that you won't be harassed by those "thugs" again.

I agree that you should just press charges. IIRC, can't you just ask to remain anonymous in court? In addition, I agree with Olie; I doubt that guy would want a repeated battery record to end his "illustrious drug-dealing career".
 
You're scared he'll do something to you if you press charges, but you're not scared to go and "fuck his car up at around 4 in the morning"? A little dash of perspective here, please.
 
Well, if I would attack his car that early he wouldnt know it's me. And revenge is a dish best served cold.

I talked to my friend ryan and he had to say

Also, Ryan said matt does have friends and they would retaliate for him.

How long do you have to file a report? I'll probabely have a black eye in the morning as better evidence if I decide to =/

Just Press charges. There's always restraining orders.
 
I'm not so worried about him because you're all right, he wouldnt want repeated offense.. But.. He does have shithead friends that might come for me.

What type of "friends" are you talking about? Are you talking about some dipshits he knows who think skipping class is hardcore or are you talking about "friends" that are basically gang members that will stab you? If it's the former, go press charges. If it's the latter, I would suggest thinking about it a bit more carefully (I'm not saying don't press charges, but consider it a lot stronger).

Oh, and don't go fuck up his car. That's the dumbest thing you could do in this situation.
 
Okay. So my friend Ryan talked to a cop he knows in this township and the cop suggested I don't press charges. He said matt would just pay someone to come after me, and make sure it's bad. He said he's been in and out of jail, and just doesn't care. He's fucking crazy.

This is fucking rediculous. I get punched for doing nothing wrong and even the cops are telling me not to do anything about it because it'd just be worse.

I don't believe this.

To say he deserved it is really uncalled for. Is he supposed to anticipate some asshole punching him with his car window rolled down? How often does that happen? And even if the decision to roll down his car window was inadvisable, the small brain fart on his part is not merit enough for physical harm!

The car thing was really fuckin' stupid, however. May I suggest something more rational for revenge, such as arson? Burn him alive while he's watching BET, appreciating the finer points of Paul Wall's rap style, admiring both the skill Mr. Wall possesses and the ethnic adversity Mr. Wall overcame to become a rapper (a small glimmer of hope he is attached to)--all for that extra touch of cruelty. Hell, I've got even better suggestions--just not sure you've got the stomach for it.
 
Yeah I suggest arson as well that's pretty useful. Go burn his house down or some shit. Dickheads like that don't deserve to live anyways, especially if they've been in and out of jail and could care less if they went back. It's as if they want to get in trouble with shit like that. So yeah burning his house down sounds like a damn fine idea.
 
Assholes like this will never learn their lesson unless people like you stand up for yourself. I recently witnessed a similar incident in traffic, people like that need a wake-up call. By not pressing charges, you are only promoting this behavior and you are endangering other people too. You have a witness, what are you waiting for? The longer you wait, the more likely it is for this dipshit to get off scot free.

If your friends would defend a person who would do something like this to you, then you might want to reconsider who you hang out with.

Whatever you do, don't "fuck up his car". Making this into a personal matter is far more dangerous than having the police involved. Not to mention, by doing that you are only opening YOURSELF to getting charged with a crime as well.
 
If you don't want to press charges - don't - but don't go around saying you're going to go fuck up his car or some shit. It's not big, it's not clever.
 
My window was already down for the record I wouldnt roll it down at some maniac coming up to my car. And I didn't think to roll it up because yeah, who expects that?

Also, no, I probabely won't do that that was my hasty reaction as far as what to do.

I *GUESS* I jsut can't do anything. I mean even a cop in that township recomended I don't do anything about it because it'd just be worse for me. Because he would payy someone to get me. And he would make sure it's bad.
