Vivillon @ Focus Sash
Ability: Compound Eyes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Sleep Powder
- Hurricane
- Quiver Dance
- Energy Ball

Also, no more reservations. It really doesn't take that long to c/p a set import and picture and type up a few sentences with calcs to support your argument (probably like 5 mins at most), and I don't think the concept of reserving stuff accomplishes that much productive. I can understand the merit of it in the OU victim of the week thread because the userbase there is much larger and there is a larger pool of mons to pick from as checks or counters, but here thats not the case. Lastly, I had asked in the OP for reservations to be completed within 3 hours of posting, but apparently people couldn't comply with that simple rule.

magmortar as counter/ hard check:
magmortar.gif

Magmortar @ Assault Vest
Ability: Vital Spirit
EVs: 112 HP / 252 SpA / 144 Spe
Modest Nature
- Fire Blast
- Earthquake
- Focus Blast
- Thunderbolt

Since Vital Spirit is the ability that prevent from Magmortar to falling asleep, it is a safe switch in to a Sleep Powder. With the natural bulk of Magmortar + the Assault Vest is Magmortar able to tank at least 2 Hurricanes. Magmortar is able to bring Vivillon down to his Sash with either Thunderbolt or Fire Blast. After a quiver dance it's still able to bring it down to very low with Thunderbolt.

252 SpA Vivillon Hurricane vs. 104 HP / 0 SpD Assault Vest Magmortar: 99-117 (31.2 - 36.9%) -- 70.1% chance to 3HKO
+1 252 SpA Vivillon Hurricane vs. 104 HP / 0 SpD Assault Vest Magmortar: 145-172 (45.7 - 54.2%) -- 51.6% chance to 2HKO
252+ SpA Magmortar Fire Blast vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Vivillon: 662-780 (219.9 - 259.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ SpA Magmortar Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Vivillon: 362-426 (120.2 - 141.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Sap sipper miltank as a check.

Miltank (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Body Slam
- Curse
- Milk Drink

Miltank switches in on vivillon BEFORE you let it set up quiver dances. Switch miltank in on the first turn vivillon hits the field, it either takes ~45% from hurricane or gets the attack boost. It can hit back with thunder wave and cripple vivillon or do 70% with a +1 body slam. Miltank then heals off the damage with milk drink.

+1 0 Atk Miltank Body Slam vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Vivillon: 198-234 (65.7 - 77.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Cryogonal as a counter/hard check

Cryogonal @ Safety Goggles
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 240 HP / 92 Def / 176 SpD
Calm Nature
- Recover
- Haze
- Freeze-Dry
- Rapid Spin
Safety goggles gives cryo an immunity to sleep powder while haze resets it's boosts. Freeze dry lets it 2hko. Sp def lets it live a +1 hurricane followed by neutral after rocks.

252 SpA Vivillon Hurricane vs. 240 HP / 176+ SpD Cryogonal: 85-102 (24.9 - 29.9%) -- 1.7% chance to 3HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
+1 252 SpA Vivillon Hurricane vs. 240 HP / 176+ SpD Cryogonal: 129-153 (37.8 - 44.8%) -- 64.5% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

0 SpA Cryogonal Freeze-Dry vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Vivillon: 252-296 (83.7 - 98.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Sap sipper miltank as a check.

Miltank (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Body Slam

- Milk Drink

Miltank switches in on vivillon BEFORE you let it set up quiver dances. Switch miltank in on the first turn vivillon hits the field, it either takes 32% from hurricane or gets the attack boost.

252 SpA Vivillon Hurricane vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Miltank: 127-150 (32.2 - 38%) -- 1.3% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
Your set has max defense but your calc has max spdef, please keep everything consistent. I really dont think spdef miltank is very good but I guess it could work here.

sayin' Electivire is a counter / hard check.

electivire.gif

Electivire @ Life Orb
Ability: Vital Spirit
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Wild Charge
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch
- Hidden Power Grass
Electivire is a really good counter/ check to vivillon because it resists Hurricane, is immune to sleep powder, and OHKO'es with Wild Charge. It even lives a +2 Energy Ball.

252 Atk Life Orb Electivire Wild Charge vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Vivillon: 634-749 (210.6 - 248.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 SpA Vivillon Hurricane vs. 0 HP / 0- SpD Electivire: 89-105 (30.5 - 36%) -- 53.3% chance to 3HKO

Probopass as a counter

mega_probopass_by_pokemonmasterart-d7xh94r.png

The man, the myth, the legend. The pokemon that's so sexy, the VR council gave it the D. The best volt switching, rock setting sp. def pivot known to mankind. Meet Probopass.

Duckhands (Probopass) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 14 Spe
- Power Gem
- Thunder Wave
- Volt Switch
- Stealth Rock

Speed IV's allow Probopass to outslow mosly everything, yet it can just outpace a para'd archeops! That's beside the point though. This is Probo's 30 seconds of fame, not mine as an immaculate teambuilder.

Here are some entry-level calcs for y'all:

+1 252 SpA Vivillon Energy Ball vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Probopass: 62-74 (19.1 - 22.8%) -- possible 6HKO after Leftovers recovery

+1 252 SpA Vivillon Hurricane vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Probopass: 28-33 (8.6 - 10.1%) -- possibly the worst move ever hahaHAHAaa

8 SpA Probopass Power Gem vs. +1 0 HP / 0 SpD Vivillon: 316-376 (104.9 - 124.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO

And if we wander further into the realms of calculations:

+6 252 SpA Vivillon Hurricane vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Probopass: 75-88 (23.1 - 27.1%) -- possible 5HKO after Leftovers recovery rofle ayy kek

Probo doesnt care about anything that Vivillon wants to do; you could even set up rocks while it QD's in your face. Then when you're done stunting, you can just twave it or straight up kill with power gem. Often times you end up with your Sturdy intact, allowing probo to do that crucial 2% to the incoming DD rhydon that's about to sweep you.

Rotom is a cute check
rotom.gif
rotom.gif

Rotom @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Volt Switch
- Shadow Ball
- Thunderbolt
- Trick

Rotom resists Hurricane and doesn't take too much from Energy Ball and threatens Vivillon with Electric stabs which do adequate damage. With a Choice Scarf it even outspeeds +1 Vivillon. Only thing you have to worry about is Sleep Powder but you usually can pivot away with volt switch before that happens D:

252 SpA Rotom Volt Switch vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Vivillon: 320-378 (106.3 - 125.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Rotom Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Vivillon: 408-482 (135.5 - 160.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 SpA Rotom Thunderbolt vs. +1 0 HP / 4 SpD Vivillon: 272-324 (90.3 - 107.6%) -- 43.8% chance to OHKO
252 SpA Rotom Volt Switch vs. +1 0 HP / 4 SpD Vivillon: 212-252 (70.4 - 83.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252 SpA Vivillon Energy Ball vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Rotom: 96-113 (39.6 - 46.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
+1 252 SpA Vivillon Energy Ball vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Rotom: 142-168 (58.6 - 69.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Electabuzz as a counter.

electabuzz.gif

BETTER THAN MY EVO (Electabuzz) @ Eviolite
Ability: Vital Spirit
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Thunder Punch

Electabuzz is immune to Sleep Powder, resists Vivillon's main STAB and can easily tank 2 EBalls, even at +1, thanks to Eviolite. Thunder Punch is used instead of Thunderbolt because of Quiver Dance but w/e, satan's bug needs to be at +5 to avoid the 2HKO from tbolt anyway.

252 SpA Vivillon Energy Ball vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Eviolite Electabuzz: 59-70 (21.7 - 25.8%) -- 2% chance to 4HKO
+1 252 SpA Vivillon Energy Ball vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Eviolite Electabuzz: 88-104 (32.4 - 38.3%) -- 97.9% chance to 3HKO
+1 252 SpA Vivillon Hurricane vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Eviolite Electabuzz: 80-94 (29.5 - 34.6%) -- 9% chance to 3HKO
252 Atk Electabuzz Thunder Punch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Vivillon: 314-372 (104.3 - 123.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

250px-481Mesprit.png

Mesprit @ Leftovers/Colbur Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
Bold Nature
- Psyshock
- Signal Beam
- U-turn
- Stealth Rock

This set allows Mesprit to be an effective rocker while not being pursuit bait by Skuntank. The speed may seem random but its enough for jolly Rhydon. The reason speed isnt invested further is to outslow Skuntank and avoid big dmg from pursuit but thats another story. This thing also walls Hitmonchan!

252+ Atk Life Orb Iron Fist Hitmonchan Ice Punch vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Mesprit: 84-100 (23 - 27.4%) -- possible 5HKO after Leftovers recovery
0 SpA Mesprit Psyshock vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Hitmonchan: 218-260 (90.4 - 107.8%) -- 43.8% chance to OHKO

Don't wanna suggest mushy because tennis already got a bulky psychic, so Weezing as a counter.

weezing.gif

Weezing @ Black Sludge
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Bold Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Sludge Bomb
- Toxic Spikes
- Taunt

Weezing takes literally nothing from Hitmonchan, and can either burn it with WoW, set Toxic Spikes or just hit with Sludge Bomb.

0 SpA Weezing Sludge Bomb vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Hitmonchan: 78-93 (32.3 - 38.5%) -- 97.2% chance to 3HKO
252+ Atk Life Orb Iron Fist Hitmonchan Ice Punch vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Weezing: 77-91 (23 - 27.2%) -- 1.4% chance to 4HKO after Stealth Rock and Black Sludge recovery
252+ Atk Life Orb Iron Fist burned Hitmonchan Ice Punch vs. 252 HP / 160+ Def Garbodor: 55-64 (15.1 - 17.5%) -- possible 5HKO after Stealth Rock

Mismagius @ Colbur Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 80 Def / 176 Spe
Timid Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Taunt
- Hex
- Pain Split

Mismagius is a solid answer to Hitmonchan, although it can't switch in in most cases because Ice Punch 2HKOes. Mismagius outpaces Hitmonchan and can burn it, then proceed to weaken it with Hex or Pain Split.

252+ Atk Life Orb Iron Fist Hitmonchan Ice Punch vs. 252 HP / 80 Def Mismagius: 161-191 (49.6 - 58.9%) -- 99.6% chance to 2HKO

Don't feel like writing up much, but this is a pretty solid counter. Switches in on anything, gets healthy with sitrus and burns it. can Pain Split back to full against anything else.

252+ Atk Life Orb Iron Fist burned Hitmonchan Ice Punch vs. 252 HP / 108 Def Rotom: 66-78 (21.7 - 25.6%) -- possible 5HKO after Leftovers recovery

Clefairy @ Eviolite
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Moonblast
- Soft-Boiled
-
-

Clefairy makes for a good counter thanks to it's bulk along with fairy typing. Earthquake has a very small chance of 3HKO'ing while Moonblast always 2HKO's Hitmonchan. Softboiled is instant recovery if you've been weakened down. Magic guard is cool af :3

252+ Atk Life Orb Iron Fist Hitmonchan Drain Punch vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Clefairy: 66-78 (19.1 - 22.6%) -- possible 5HKO

Pelipper @ Leftovers
Ability: Keen Eye
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
- Defog
- Scald
- Roost
- Toxic / Hurricane

Pelipper resists Drain Punch and Mach Punch, is immune to EQ, and takes pittance from Ice Punch. Then it can Toxic, Scald, Defog, or Hurricane. Even if Peli does get weakened, it can always Roost the damage away. Need I say more?

252+ Atk Life Orb Iron Fist Hitmonchan Ice Punch vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Pelipper: 88-104 (27.2 - 32.1%) -- 50.9% chance to 4HKO after Leftovers recovery

Gourgeist-Super @ Colbur Berry
Ability: Frisk
EVs: 248 HP / 200 Def / 60 SpD
Impish Nature
- Leech Seed
- Will-O-Wisp
- Synthesis
- Foul Play

Yung Gourgiest is a pretty hard check since, like other ghosts, It forces the Hitmonchan to go for the tryhard play of clicking Ice Punch if it wants any chance of hitting said ghost. Fortunately for us, Gourgeist takes at least two Ice Punches from full and can respond with a will o wisp or leech seed as it sees fit. Even stalling out Hitmonchan and letting Life Orb weaken it is possible provided you don't get two stupid high rolls.

252+ Atk Life Orb Iron Fist Hitmonchan Ice Punch vs. 248 HP / 200+ Def Gourgeist-Super: 159-187 (42.6 - 50.1%) -- 0.4% chance to 2HKO

Audino @ Audinite
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpA
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Dazzling Gleam
- Wish
- Protect

CroDino works as a counter. LO Hitmonchan can only manage a 4HKO with Drain Punch and gets 2HKOd in return by Dazzling Gleam, plus Audino can use Wish to heal the damage.

0 SpA Mega Audino Dazzling Gleam vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Hitmonchan: 134-158 (55.6 - 65.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Eeuh was little bit late with this one so had to dig deep to found a counter that wasn't on this list.

Dusclops the counter!

Dusclops @ Eviolite
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 spD
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Rest
- Shadow Ball
- Will-O-Wisp

With dusclops amezing bulk and Hitmonchan not getting Knock Off or any other good physical Dark type move other then Payback it's able to eat up the hits of Hitmonchan pretty easy. Above of all Dusclops can switch in take another hit and then Will-O-Wisp it and set up Calm Minds almost for free. Besides even if Dusclops comes low you can just Rest the damage away and begin again.

252+ Atk Life Orb Hitmonchan Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Dusclops: 55-65 (19.3 - 22.8%) -- possible 5HKO
