is a counter to keldeo as it can comfortably switch into its hydro pumps due to the amazing ability in water absorb, furthermoreit takes a secret sword with ease and can comfortably wall keldeo due to its flying-type resisting the fighting-stab of keldeo.
to add onto that: air slash and icy wind wont do too much either and mantine can either scald keldeo and get a possible scald-burn
or toxic keldeo and put it on a timer for the rest of the battle.

Keldeo can't 2HKO you while you easily 2HKO with Psychic. Technically if you switch in on a STAB you might not be able to instantly beat it which is why you're not a true counter but Regen means you can switch to a proper resist afterwards and not worry about predictions since Keldeo is choiced. You also have the option of Knocking Off Keldeo so he can never dream about breaking Reuniclus again

Hydro Pump does not 2HKO, but only when Sylv is at full health and has Lefties. She can then proceed to stall out Hydro Pumps with Wish + Protect or KO with Hyper Voice. Note that it is only a guaranteed OHKO if watermelon sugar pony has taken chip of at least Rocks damage. The EVs can also be customized, if you don’t want to rely on lefties you can use 200 HP / 252 SpD or 252 HP / 204 SpD. Or, you can invest the remaining EVs in Defense to be equipped better versus physical threats.

checks sylveon as it can come in at any time and due to its amazing ability in flash fire mystical fire wont do anything against entiskorch as it just soaks the fire-attack up. furthermore centiskorch can break sylveons substitute and can dish out a strong fire lash - fire lash has also the attribute of dropping the defense by 1 stage means the next fire lash will OHKO.
hyper voice on neutral wont do too much so it is easy for centiskorch to break sylveons sub with a fire lash, dishing out another with a def drop and then killing sylveon in the progress.
when sylveon is at +1 centiskorch can still do the very same thing, breaking the sub, dropping sylveons defense and killing sylveon, therefore centiskorch is a great offensive tool against sylveon.
