I have been playing with this mon a lot recently on the ladder, and I would consider it as a counter to noivern, Snorlax can come on Noivern and take Draco Meteor and Flametrower without problem, good HP and SDef, aslo without boost can 3HKO Noivern and even force a Para by spaming Body Slam, if that isn't enought, Snorlax can Rest and heal up entirely and use Noivern as a set up folder with Curse.

How will you leave this new presence out to dry?

Rotom's Wash grass counterpart can be considered a counter to Washtom, despite not having any reliable recovery, Mowtom typyng gives a x4 electric resistance and a x2 water resistance and inmunity to a possible paralysis, also, Mowton can outspeed and OHKO even without any boost with stab Leaf Storm. Also Washtom can be used as a set up folder. Rotom mow would need to be too chiped to get KO by a +2 Hydro Pump.

is a counter to washtom as it can come in on any attack and can straight up beat rotom wash or scare it out. celebi doesnt mind discharge paralysis because it has natural cure to heal itself if it gets a status condition. due to rotom wash having volt switch in its arsenal which makes it able to bring in an answer to celebi celebi with earth power can check these as well.
also rotom wash needs to be at +4 to spread out serious damage on celbi and celebi can just heal itself with giga drain, therefore celebi is a counter to washtom.

Goodra makes a really hard check against Rotom-Wash. The attacks coming from the washing machine do little damage and Modest Choice Specs Draco Meteor always OHKOs in return. Goodra's special side is so thicc that you even switch into +2 Rotom-Wash and still check it (assuming no para or crit). The reason that I think it's more of a check is that Goodra lacks recovery so it can't stay healthy throughout the match to switch into Rotom-Wash for multiple times.
