Germany (4) vs East (6) ORAS: xray vs -Tsunami- - Xray is objectively the better ORAS OU player, but with team support and more high-pressure match experience, I give the edge to shake because he just seems to win a lot of important games, but if Xray prepares for TDK teams and shake's style well enough, I can see him coming out on top
ORAS: Get This Money vs Bro Fist - probably one of the hotter players right now and GTM seems fairly average to me, I think the edge here is pretty clear
ORAS: cosine180 vs FlamingVictini - my issue with Cosine normally is how one dimensional he makes himself even if he's capable of so much more, but I gather that he will try and branch out a bit here, especially against someone who prepares as well as FV. I also feel this might mean a bit more to Cosine as he's playing BKC's team and he fucked over BKC in SPL w/ his tagpro'ing and perhaps he can send a message with a win
ORAS: Steve Angello vs TDK - TDK won't let himself end negative, especially against a tilting Angello, so I fully expect him to bring something solid and play it properly
ORAS: Quaggster vs Stathakis - Stath's clutch antics last year will come back and he will win an important game against another fairly good, but not dominant opponenrt, imo. I think his loss vs axel last round will motivate him more than tilt him or put him under more pressure and he's also the better player of the two
BW: bluri vs Jayde - I think Jayde is very good at Pokemon and BW specifically while Bluri is simply a step below. I also think that being unconventional here won't help Bluri very much while jayde's solid prep and execution will do him a solid here
DPP: Fakes vs BKC - if he loses I'm pretty sure I will hear the screams all the way from where I am in Cancun rn, but if he wins I will probably hear the SLAYERs from here as well
ADV: jira vs Tesung - favoring the old school player whose more experienced as I feel tesung is still not 100% in adv, even if he's a quality player overall
GSC: Conflict vs IFM - conflict has a huge snorlax waiting by his door and it can't be held
RBY: Bedschibaer vs Tobes - he beat Marco and has done well overall, so I'll go his way in a close one
