If I didn't know any better, I'd ask if that was Chikorita or Gulpin.View attachment 184309As if Chikorita already didn't look like a blob. From HG/SS
Honestly, the firedog En looks not so bad and could even work as entirely new thing, but maybe not on legendary par of actual Entei.![]()

MISTAKES
I think the markings were probably meant to give it a texture similar to like...carrots and stuff, but it and the roots dont really combine correctly. The tail also doesn't work for me, though. It's probably meant to be long blades of grass? And the ears are meant to be full on leaves it seems. In all it's trying to be like 4 different things with not a lot of cohesion.Honestly, the firedog En looks not so bad and could even work as entirely new thing, but maybe not on legendary par of actual Entei.
And I wonder if Nishida (or even someone else entirely?) regretted making proto-Leafeon and remade it into admittedly much better Sinnoian Leafeon.
The problem is more on the design though, I feel the rooting legs look so weird and the random markings are just... maybe I should call it Camo-Vegeteon.

One day I'm gonna make a list of "New Smogon posts that are scary to read when you've forgotten the context". Not sure where this one goes, but it's at least shortlisted for the Top 5.There was no need for the feet.......
I don’t know if anybody share this but:

No ! Just a Pidgey or Pidove !
Honestly, I think it kinda portrays the ridiculous nature of Carnivine pretty well. It's really, really 'derpy', and I wouldn't have it any other way.Oh god what is this thing:
