There. I updated some. I added the possibility of 64 man, and added that all Prevolutions (including Trapinch and Pikachu) except Chansey, Kadabra and Haunter are UU. The three I mentioned are BL. I'll get some heat for Haunter, but I think it deserves to be in BL.

I think you need to constitute as to why Suicune is banned rather than Haunter as BL!!!!!!

Well the way I see it, allowing Suicune is basically saying "One of your UU choices must be Poliwrath (or to a lesser extent, Mantine), or else you might get completely screwed over by Suicune".
