He's right. Substitute over Return, probs. Gluttony's illegal with Espeed.
yeah but Zigzagoon's movepool is so small that taking away another moveslot would make it useless. I mentioned it in the AC but I don't think it needs its own slot
for some reason i thought pickup had a chance to turn into gluttony when you migrated it (sort of like tri attack togekiss). Was I mistaken?
[Overview]

Black and White brought many new threats to the table, as well as many new ways of taking care of them;(semi colon) however, almost nothing has changed for our little raccoon friend. As always, Zigzagoon has terrible stats, a small physical movepool,(comma) and is generally underwhelming. With access to Belly Drum and ExtremeSpeed, Zigzagoon will sweep any team short of a Steel-type. Luckily for Zigzagoon, there are few Steel-types in Little Cup, and they can easily be removed with the help of Magnemite. Not many Few Normal-type sweepers or Belly Drum users have come in been introduced to Black and White, so Zigzagoon is still best a what he does. Zigzagoon is back and ready to wreak havoc!

[Set]
name: Belly Percussionist
move 1: Belly Drum
move 2: ExtremeSpeed
move 3: Return / Substitute
move 4: Seed Bomb
item: Salac Berry
nature: Adamant
ability: Pickup
EVs: 196 Atk / 28 Def / 28 SpD / 196 Spe
[Set Comments]

This is generally the only set Zigzagoon can pull of, but everyone and their grandmothers knows he does it well. Belly Drum and ExtremeSpeed work together in harmony to make Zigzagoon a complete monster. After a Belly Drum, this little raccoon's excuse for an Attack stat skyrockets to a downright scary 52. ExtremeSpeed, alongside Sucker Punch, is the strongest priority move in the game, and with the STAB boost, it hits a satisfying 120 Base Power. Return essentially a stronger, slower version of ExtremeSpeed is another powerful STAB move, and has a 93% chance to OHKO max HP Evolution Stone Gligar after Stealth Rock. Seed Bomb is the only move Zigzagoon gets to complement its Normal attacks, and does a pretty good job of at it too. After a Belly Drum, Seed Bomb will always OHKO standard Gastly, standard Misdreavus, and max HP max Defense Evolution Stone Pururiru. Seed Bomb will also OHKO any Rock-type that resists ExtremeSpeed, too.

The problem with this set is it that it deals very little damage to can't touch Steel-types;(semi colon) Pokemon like Tesshiido and Bronzor can put an end to Zigzagoon's sweep easily. However, there is a simple way to remedy this problem: Magnemite;(semi colon) Magnemite's ability, Magnet Pull, will ensure Steel-types can't escape, effectively allowing Magnemite to dispose of any Steel-type with Hidden Power Fire or Thunderbolt necessary.

[Additional Comments]

At first glance, Dig might seem like a viable option to defeat Steel-types; it's not,(comma) most of the commonly used Steel-types in the Little Cup metagame, like Bronzor and Tesshiido, won't even take that much damage from Dig. Dig is also easy to predict and can often get you Whirlwinded phazed away by the likes of Murkrow if it switches in on the turn you burrow your way into the Ground. Pursuit could work in place of Return, but Seed Bomb generally does enough damage,(comma) to not need making Pursuit unneccessary. Magnemite is a required teammate to use with this set, as it's the best way to eliminate Stee-types before Zigzagoon can even try to attempt a sweep. Sadly, Gluttony is illegal with ExtremeSpeed at level five and can't be used. If this really bothers you, Substitute can be used over Return.

[Team Options]

Zigzagoon will always fail to sweep with when Steel-types are in its way,(comma) therefore, using Magnemite is required to eliminate them. Magnemite is the best possible teammate for Zigzagoon,(comma) and Zigzagoon should never be seen on a Magnemite-less team. A strong user of Pursuit user, such as Murkrow makes Zigzagoon's life much easier by removing Ghost-types from the game with Pursuit. Wynaut is another great teammate for Zigzagoon,it has a resistance to resisting Fighting,(comma) and it buys buying Zigzagoon a free turn to set up with its infamous Encore + Shadow Tag combination. Although rare in Little Cup, a user of Wish can replenish Zigzagoon's health, giving it potential to sweep again if its health has already been lowered. Gluttony, Sadly, Gluttony is illegal with ExtremeSpeed.(full stop)

[Optional Changes]

Outside of Pursuit, Zigzagoon literally has nothing else to work with. Maybe Dig can be used if your opponent is without of a Flying-type and or Levitate user.

[Counters]

As mentioned before, Any Steel-type can put a stop to Zigzagoon's sweep;(semi colon) Bronzor is a good candidate, as it can set up Stealth Rock, Reflect, Light Screen, Trick Room, or just kill Zigzagoon with Gyro Ball. Tesshiido only takes a quarter of the standard amount of damage from has a 4x resistance to Seed Bomb and also resists Normal. Tesshiido also has Iron Barbs, meaning every time it is hit,(comma) Zigzagoon will damage Zigzagoon. Bulky Ghost-types like such as Duskull can take a hit, then burn Zigzagoon with Will-O-Wisp and take it on from there. Meowth or Anything else with a powerful Fake Out can defeat Zigzagoon at 50% health, Meowth is a good example.

[Dream World]

Zigzagoon gets Quick Feet as a Dream World ability;(semi colon) with a Toxic Orb, Zigzagoon can hit 24 Speed, effectively revenge killing most threats with STAB,(comma) 140 Base Power Facade. However, Zigzagoon will only have 12 Attack,(comma) which is far too weak to do anything without Belly Drum.

At first glance, Dig might seem like a viable option for defeating Steel-types; it's not, most of the commonly used Steel-types in the Little Cup metagame, like Bronzor and Ferroseed are barely scratched by Dig.
