Since I'm rather lazy,

Growlithe (M) @ Eviolite
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)

- Hidden Power Rock (note: this move is not necessary, but does speed things along quite a bit)

Growlithe takes nearly nothing from Victreebel and takes similarly little from Charizard. It 2HKOes the both of them with the respective coverage move.
 
Annoyer and Yonko7 will both be my cohosts, I'll enjoy working with both of them!

Also I'd like to see more posts this round, activity hasn't been as high as I hoped!

Basically, I send in Gardevoir against either Pokemon, since it will always survive unless they get a critical hit. I then use Memento and bring Cinccino in (this guarantees that he will survive being hit with any attack). Cinccino then outspeeds and defeats both with the appropriate attack. I hate using a death fodder 'mon, but that's pretty much what I have to do for this to work.

Musharna's Psychic vs. Sawk = 101.03-119.09% (99.66% due to Sturdy)
Musharna's +2 Psychic vs. Articuno = 59.81-70.84%
Musharna's +3 Psychic vs. Articuno = 74.14-87.85%
Musharna's +4 Psychic vs. Articuno = 89.1-104.98%


Both scenarios are worst case scenarios barring hax.

If Sawk is out:

Come in, tank a Stone Edge or Earthquake, Protect to get out of KO range, alternate between Moonlight and Protect three times to get to 88.42% minimum (out of 2HKO range when leftovers are taken into account), Psychic Sawk down to Sturdy, repeat the Protecting and Moonlighting out of 2HKO range again and kill with Psychic. Use your remaining 2 Moonlights judiciously and Calm Mind up enough to take out Articuno.

If Articuno is out:

Step 1: Come in and tank a Hurricane
Step 2: Protect to get out of KO Range
Step 3: Moonlight + Protect three times to get to 88.42% minimum
Step 4: Tank a Hurricane and Calm Mind up to +1/+1 leaving Musharna at 44.9% minimum
Step 5: Moonlight twice (don't Protect as this would allow Sawk to switch in with you low on health, which I believe would be bad) up to 90.88% minimum
Step 6: Tank a Hurricane and Calm Mind up to +2/+2 leaving Musharna at 63.87% minimum
Step 7: Moonlight to get to 94.66% min

Now there are two possible things that can happen at this point
(a) Articuno has just spammed attacks since you stopped attacking and is now at ~50%
(b) Articuno has gotten in a timely Roost and you are both at 100%

Anyway...
Step 8a: Articuno is at around 50% and is 2HKO'd by Musharna at +2 so it will get in one blow before falling, leaving Musharna at 75.45% minimum (81.7% after Protecting for one turn), which is enough to beat Sawk combined with the two Moonlights it has left
Step 8b: Articuno is still 2HKO'd, but now it can get in two hits before dying, so when it falls Musharna is at 61.58% minimum (67.83% after one turn of Protecting for Leftovers), meaning Sawk dies to Moonlight + Protect + Moonlight + Protect + Psychic + Protect + Psychic.

This combo makes sure that articuno will pay for being 4x weak to rock, and counters sawk at the same time. Corsola can completely wall articuno, allowing it to set up a toxic or stealth rocks. That basically gets rid of articuno. As for sawk, weezing can sponge a hit and burn it, then using sludge bomb to death.
