Just posting because I was quoted: LO bulky CM Latios has faster momentum than Latias which was why I felt it had a niche, and Roost + LO was optimal as well. Do note the CC staff only put my evs as a OO option (and had a horribly inaccurate description afterward) but nonetheless keep that in mind that 252 spa / 252 Spe is what the CC team feels is best for that set.
