305 is a possible OHKO on Max HP max Defense Bold Blissey. 359 is iirc a definite KO, but you gotta factor in things like Spikes and Stealth Rock.
Are these 2 good parents for breeding?

Does Focus Sash leave you with one HP when using Explosion at full HP?
Yes it does.

And each parent passes down 2 IVS. So you can get 4 31's. The last 3 are totally random I think. I'm not 100% sure on that.

Those Tailows look like good parents.
IIRC, the mother passes down 1 IV, the father passes down one IV, then the last IV is passed down randomly making a total of 3 IVs passed down.
How much Speed should I give my Infernape? It has a Hardy nature, and it has a Speed IV of 13. No, I'm not a complete idiot, it's just that this particular Infernape is shiny, so I'd like to make it somewhat useful. 296 outruns Base 85s with +Speed natures (though only Heracross will probably run that). 290 Speed outruns neutral Base 95s. The only other numbers I'd consider going lower to are 280 to outpace neutral base 90s and 286 to in case I'm facing really slow Leafeon or something. I get the feeling that all the Pokemon with base 90 Speed or higher will be running +Speed natures, to get over 300, so maybe this is all useles...

SAtk: 2 (=/)
SDef: 0
Speed: 13
As you can see, I need absolute maximum SAtk. I just really need help with Speed.

Yup, same thing really. Rare candies then soft-resetting is usually faster though=P
Not from what I heard. Its only 3 IVs that are passed down.

It only increases HP. You have to get them off of Chanseys.
Correct. Each parent passes down 1 IV, 1 IV is also passed down from a random parent and the last 4 are random.

2) The same Infernape with 48 EVs in Attack would have a final stat of 235 at level 100
3) The same Infernape with 8 EVs in Attack would have a final stat of 225

I thought it only raised Exp. Points. Or does it increase HP EVs?
Lol. Whoops. I mean EXP. Points. I was only thinking of my Chansey when it hatched hoping it got 41 HP in Emerald so I would know it had max HP or not. XP.

Yeah Its till pretty good to me. I still don't really understand why people would just forget about it's 135 base attack power.
