Try bulky reuniclus with calm mind, psyshock(not psychic), shadow ball, Focus blast. Put 252 EVs into HP, 252 into SAtk, 6 SDef with a modest nature. That should solve your fighting problem while maintaing the synergy of the team. Give it leftovers for maximising longevity. Good luck!!!

Firstly, its' nice that you've taken the pains of posting all the stats of your pokemon. But for future posts, use only EVs and natures(raters can do the calculations themselves). Next, the descriptions have to be elaborate and tell the raters how each pokemon works and what purpose it serves...

Ferroseed is really slow and will mostly, if not always go second. And with a lot of pokemon having access to fire moves(for coverage or whatever reasons), and ferro's 4x weakness, protect could be more useful than you think IMO.
