Flygon and Salamence get Outrage. Looks interesting.

OK, based on this new data, I'm guessing there is a Signal beam tutor. So many random pokemon learn it ... Vaporeon, Jolteon, Magnezone...

Also, Superpower looks to be a tutor move too. Dragonite, Rampardos and Flareon randomly getting it can't be a coincidence.

interesting, i skimmed the list and saw outrage on gyrados, snorelax, kingdra, kanghskhan, flygon, and salamence.

I also saw lots of pokemon with all three punches and some other move.
