Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
This, this and this:
+1 +1 +3 = +5 CC (107 Total)
Starting this up with Pyroak, who gains 3 MC for a total of 7. He uses it on Flame Burst (LU), Block (Tutor), Safeguard (TM) and Heat Wave (Tutor).
Necturna gains 3 MC (for a total of 3), her MC is spent on Future Sight (Egg).
Venusaur gains 3 + 1 (KOC) MC (for a total of 4), his MC is spent on Earthquake and Bulldoze (TM).
Abomasnow gains 3 + 2 (KOC) MC (for a total of 5), her MC is spent on Bullet Seed (Egg) and Bulldoze (TM).
Foongus gains 1 + 1 (KOC) EC, 1 AC and 3 MC (for a total of 2/6, 3, 1/5). Stockpiling MC for now.
Bayleef gains 1 EC, 3 MC and 1 + 1 (KOC) AC (for a total of 5/9, 3, 2/5). I use 7 UC to max his counters, evolving him into Meganium (and unlocking his HA if that wasn't clear)! He gains Petal Blizzard automatically, and his MC are spent on Outrage (Tutor) and Safeguard (TM, using one more UC on it).
<Meganium> [Luthor Tickle] (Male) "We back on the streets, baby!"
Desperation Theme: Anarchy Reigns - Days of Old
Luthor is, in every sense of the word, a pimp. He doesn't like working for himself (although he is strong enough to do so), and often asks for assistance from other female Pokémon, "rewarding" them with a smack on the tail and some words of encouragement.
He found his voice after being humiliated by a Mincinno and a Skitty pair, and started to work on his physique, so that he would kick some tail himself. Evolving into Bayleef, he's now training up his signature "Sexy Fists of Fire", and while they do not involve fire, they do involve passion.
The gigantic Meganium has no qualms with going out to fight now, though he now has some help from some friends he's called.

And now, for some purchases. Buying a Ferroseed, a Turtwig, a Lotad, a Rotom and a Cottonee for (2+2+2+7+2) = 15 CC total! I'll also be buying a Rotom Cut Mower for 7 CC, a Rocky Helmet for 20 CC, and a Water Stone for 8 CC, for a total of 50 CC, leaving me with 57 CC.
<Ferroseed> [Kevlar] (Male) Desperation Theme: N/A
One of Luthor's cohorts, and his most trusted fighter, mostly because, much like a ticking time bomb, Kevlar does not have to move to do his job and cause chaos.
<Turtwig> [Lena] (Female) Desperation Theme: Killer Instinct - Aganos's Theme
One with the elements, Lena is a sturdy, near immobile shiny Turtwig. She has no problem with knowing the strategy of an enemy... so long as the enemy is on the ground.

<Rotom> [Torom] (Genderless) "I keep telling you, I'm ready to fight him!"
Desperation Theme: Kid Icarus Uprising - Dark Pit's Theme
One of Lionel's oddest catches, Torom seems to be obsessed over the mowing appliances at his house, to the point where he often possesses one in battle. He seems to have his eyes fixated on a red-haired boy by the name of "Mowtom"...

<Cottonee> [Daisy] (Female) Desperation Theme: Spooky's House of Jumpscares - Your Consenting Mind
No one quite understands where Daisy came from. Some say she's just a regular Cottonee who was troubled by some family matters, others say she's the one that caused them, and others... well, others can't say anything, as they seem to J̕͢O̢̕I̧͘͟҉N҉̷͝ ̡Ś̡́҉U̷͞B̧҉̴̶̸M҉̸́͜͡Í̡͟͝͡T̕͜͝

Roselia gains 1 EC, 3 MC and 1 + 1 (KOC) AC, unlocking her hidden ability. She also recieves 4 UC to her EC, maxing her out and evolving her into Roserade! Gains Venom Drench, Grassy Terrain, Weather Ball and Sweet Scent automatically, and her MC go to Aromatherapy (LU) and Hidden Power Ice (TM).
<Roserade> [Elena] (Female) "I'm perfect, absolutely perfect!"
Desperation Theme: Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed - Burning Depths
Lionel caught Elena during a large grassland catch spree. She's quick on her feet and on her mouth.
While her outer beauty has increased as a Roselia, her inner beauty has not, and she continues to complain and insult others, much to her teammates' chagrin.
As a Roserade... she has not changed much, if at all. Though she has learned a powerful attack in the form of Weather Ball.
-2CC for Bergmite, -3UC for level up moves Avalanche, Ice Fang, and Rapid Spin

Shamrock comes from Kanto, where he was born in breeding grounds for starter Pokémon along with many other Bulbasaurs. When he heard that he would have to become somebody's starter, he ran away from Kanto and made his way to the UK, where he hoped to find Ireland's famous grass-covered hills. Instead, he somehow ended up building bombs for the Irish Republican Army. Shamrock eventually decided that terrorism wasn't his thing and left Ireland. He was eventually found by a Pokémon proffessor, who introduced him to Silver knowing Shamrock's hatred of kids. Shamrock may or may not be hiding from MI6 at the moment.

Achisuto the Smeargle:
MC: 21 (Gains Bounce, Bug Bite, Mat Block, and Water Shuriken)

So, my bergmite is not supposed to learn Comet Punch, but I did not realize that Veekun was off kilter..... and whoever approved said bergmite didn't realize it either :x luckily Its_A_Random is a smart sleuth and notified me as such. So, i'm removing Comet Punch as bergmite's 5th egg move. Since Bergmite only learns 4 egg moves, I'm pretty sure i get a 6th TM/HM, which will be Toxic
