Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
NEW POLICY FOR GEN VI MONS: THEY NOW GET EXTRA TUTORS INSTEAD OF EXTRA TM'S IF THEY HAVE LESS THAN FIVE EGG MOVES. THIS IS NOT RETROACTIVE AND ONLY APPLIES TO CLAIMS FROM THIS POINT ONWARDS (CLAIMS IN THIS QUEUE ARE ASSUMED XY). ALSO ORAS ASB IS LIVE.
Rainman Legends: APPROVED. Vrin: The Abra looks like a part Abra, part Nohface. NOT APPROVED. ZhengTann: Since Snore is now an ORAS Tutor, Ampharos gets an MC back. By the same margin, Ralts gets 4 MC back. Fix those & APPROVED. Frosty: APPROVED. SubwayJ: APPROVED. S0L1D G0LD: APPROVED. zarator: APPROVED. Playground Bully: Uhhh please do not edit claims into your profile until they are approved. It is a forum specific rule put in place so approvers can actually approve it. If you do it again, then it is grounds for an infraction. The claim is fine so you are APPROVED, but do not do it again. Gale Wing Srock: Because Thunder Punch is now an ORAS Tutor, Snorlax gets 1 MC back. Fix & APPROVED. GemOftheDay: APPROVED. Mowtom: APPROVED. SwedishBiscuit: As with Playground Bully, please do not edit claims into your profile until they are approved. It is a forum specific rule put in place so approvers can actually approve it. If you do it again, then it is grounds for an infraction. The claim is fine so you are APPROVED, but do not do it again.

-Learns Secret Power (Gen VI TM), Focus Punch, & Shock Wave (Gen VI TM).
-Movepool maxxed at 71 moves.
Each trainer: 2 CC, 4 KOC (to be spent only on the Pokemon involved in the raid or as CC)
Each Pokemon: 1 EC, 2 MC, 1 AC or 3 MC or (moves/15) CC
Each of you also obtains 300 reputation points with Custodians of Time.
Each of you can also claim 15 CC for the "Flower Paradise (Normal)" achievement.
I also get 75 UC for subhosting the Battle Factory tournament forever ago (see hide tag for calcs)
I took over: (Round 2) August 9th, 2013
Ended: June 2nd, 2014 (difference of 298 days)
Number of participants: 49
Number of rounds: 6
For 48-64man tourneys: 90*(Number of Rounds Left including the current one)/(Number of Rounds total)*([Number of Rounds left]*[Time expected per round]/[Time taken from the time subhosting occurred to the end of Last Round])
So the UC I gain is 90*[(5/6)]*[5*60/298] = 75.5 ~ 75
Total:
Elevator Music: 40 CC / 138 UC
- Girafarig: 4 MC / 1 KOC

Sableye (Kefka) (Male) Type: Dark: Ignores Attract and Confusion status entirely when using Dark-type damaging and non-damaging attacks.
Ghost: immune to the effects of full trapping moves and the Arena Trap, Magnet Pull, and Shadow Tag abilities. Ghost types can switch out while affected by a partial trapping move, but they will be damaged every action by their effect.
Abilities: Keen Eye: This Pokemon has extremely good vision and cannot have its accuracy lowered by an opponent through any means (including accuracy lowering attacks, Smogs, Hazes, Fog, etc.). Its vision also enables it to see through any attempts by an opponent to increase their own evasion.
Stall: This Pokemon has a watchful eye and immense patience. It can be ordered to attack last on any action regardless of ordinary attack priority. If an opponent orders their Pokemon to attack after the user of Stall, that attack will fail. Against another user of Stall, the trainer who issues attacks first has precedence and the opponent's attack will fail.
Prankster (H): The Pokemon is always prepared for engaging in sneaky tactics and trickery, giving its non-damaging attacks a +1 increase in priority level.

Edit can't link from phone but I get 15 CC from SICK round 3
Flash one, flash two (sad for it being the fastest way to legally UC pump mons), A long Tower reffing, a very short one, and a total of four Hall reffings finally done. That's 1 CC, 1 CC, 30 UC, 3 UC, 3 UC, 9 UC, 6 UC, 6 UC to be stockpiled and spent later.
Rias the Tyrunt earns 3 EC (1 from Lucky Egg, 1 from KOC) to evolve into Tyrantrum, 1 AC to unlock Rock Head instead of Sturdy, and 2 MC (plus 13 more UC) to be spent learning Head Smash (1 level-up move), Stone Edge, Rock Polish, Facade, Protect, Giga Impact, Bulldoze, and Toxic (7 level-up moves).
Koneko the Absol earns 1 AC and 3 MC (plus 35 UC) to learn Slash, Night Slash, Sucker Punch (3 level-up moves), Rock Tomb, Aerial Ace, Thief, Shadow Claw, Payback, Retaliate, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, X-Scissor, Rock Smash (10 ORAS TMs), Assurance, Megahorn, Play Rough, Punishment, and Zen Headbutt (5 Egg moves).
CC: 26+1+1 = 28 UC: 163+30+3+3+9+6+6-13-35 = 172
Rias Gremory, "Princess of Crimson Ruin" - Tyrantrum (F)
Rias is born to a rare family - one in which both her parents were present to take care of her. Before her, they already had a son - who grew up, evolved, and went away to stake his own territory. Being the younger "princess", Rias enjoyed all the privileges - and hardships - that her life as a future empress has to offer, before a cataclysm caused the death of herself and her whole family millions of years before the time of humans.
Being resurrected by Zheng, she is given to and named by Tanner as her Trainer, who somehow also hold another Jaw Fossil that can't be revived - probably because the piece held remnants of both her parents. It is rumoured that Rias' brother walks the earth again this same era that she does, however Rias does not know where to find him.
Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -SpAtk) - caring but stern
Type: Rock type: Rock STAB; Rias is fast on her mind to add an additional level of Priority on Protect. She also takes reduced damage from all special attacks by two (2) Base Attack Power during Sandstorm, and is immune to Sandstorm damage. Her natural magic can mold and build rocks, ignoring Arena restrictions on Rock attacks requiring an external rock source. Dragon type: Dragon STAB; -1 BAP on incoming neutral attacks Dragon itself would resist. Her powerful will allows Thrash or Outrage to be undisrupted by oncoming damage.
Abilities:
Ability 1: Strong Jaw
Type: Passive
Rias' thick fang and massive jaws give her incredibly powerful biting attacks, increasing the BAP of all biting attacks by three (3) BAP. Full List: Bite, Crunch, Fire Fang, Ice Fang, Poison Fang, Thunder Fang.
Ability 2: Rock Head (Unlocked)
Type: Passive
Rias' body and willpower fortifies herself in battle, preventing it from taking recoil damage from moves such as Double-Edge, Flare Blitz, and Head Smash.

Koneko Toujou, "Hellcat" - Absol (F)
Known as the rare, unwanted Disaster Pokemon, and a descendant of Lou's Absol - whose Trainer was gone missing for too long, with disquieting rumours, Koneko was not welcomed in the ASB community. Even the shelter shunned her, for fear of attracting ill luck. Most veteran Trainers do not share the superstition, but her small form, frailer than even most of her kind made most hesitate to take her in, until Tanner found her. She is scarred by the treatment from those around her, and is very reluctant to open up to anyone. Rias is the first to be able to touch her without her shying away, and it seems Tanner is making some slight progress.
Nature: Modest (+SpAtk, -Atk) - also very timid
Type: Dark type: Dark STAB; Koneko is very serious about putting lechers in their right place. She ignores Attract and Confusion status entirely when using her natural Dark-type damaging and non-damaging attacks.
Abilities:
Ability 1: Pressure
Type: Passive
Koneko's quiet, tense, presence fills the air with intense anxiety, and any damaging or status attack launched at her costs the attacking Pokemon two (2) more energy to perform.
Ability 2: Super Luck
Type: Passive
Koneko can manipulate her aura to increase his critical hit levels one stage above other Pokemon, making normal moves inflict critical hits 12.5% of the time and high critical hit moves inflict critical hits 50% of the time.
Ability 3: Justified (Hidden)
Type: Passive
Koneko's touki reacts to similarly dark energies. When hit by a Dark-type move, Koneko's attack will increase by one (1) stage. A boost gained this way will be maintained at the end of each round.
Ability 4: Magic Bounce (Mega-Evo only)
Type: Passive
In Mega-Evolution forme, Koneko can manipulate the dark senki to ward off non-damaging attacks as soon as they are launched, reflecting them back at the user.

Dunsparce: 5 MC total (3 from the flash, 2 from one of the serious matches) and 2 AC. I use 2 UC in order to unlock his HA, Rattled, and 2 more UC to bring his MC to 7. He learns Thunderbolt, Flamethrower and Body-Slam (Past Gen).
Throh: The KOC was a mistake. He didnt KO Leet's Mandibuzz, so he is stuck with just 3 MC. Learns Zen Headbutt (Tutor) and stocks the leftover MC.
I also gain 2 CC from that run (30 total), and spend 20 on it for a Galladite and Metagrossite, bringing me down to 10 CC. So, my updated mons should look like this...
->
Gallade [Quass] (Male) ♫ "<Foul villain who terrorizes the innocent, your day of reckoning has co-don't try that with me! I know well enough you were sneaking that oran berry! Now prepare yourself!>"
A Gallade (then Ralts) that Ben caught on one of his earlier adventures. "Lawful Stupid" would be the most adequate description of him.
Aegislash now gets Secret Power (ORAS TM), After You, Block, Magnet Rise, Shock Wave, Snore, Spite (ORAS Tutors) for 14 UC. It now has 55 moves. Excadrill now gets Secret Power (ORAS TM) for 2 UC. It now has 57 moves. Both pokemon are now maxed once more. I have 13 UC left.
Claiming from here and here along with my ORAS update^^
Claiming 3 CC + 6 CC (Ludicolo is maxxed at 88 moves, +1 KOC from him), and an extra 18 CC for SICK. This gets me a total of 179 CCs. I'm going therefore to buy an Audinite (15 CC), a Galladite (10 CC), a Lucarionite (10 CC), a Metagrossite (10 CC), a Sablenite (10 CC), and a Slowbronite (10 CC). I spend 65 CC in total, bringing me down to 114.
