Deckard found Mowtom in a bookstore, when Mowtom tried to buy Deckard's favorite book, Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?. When Mowtom explained that he had always wanted to read it but was never able to, Deckard agreed to let him take it, but only if Mowtom would let Deckard travel with him so that the book would be well-looked after.

Now, I do not know if English is not your primary language. When we have previous asked you this, you have ignored everyone. I do not know if you are a young child. Every attempt to help and assist you in enjoying ASB has been ignored by you, and every question meant to find out why you are ignoring the help have been left unanswered. You have gone out of your way to cheat by taking more matches than you are allowed to. You have demanded other members of ASB keep track of how many matches you are currently in, because for some reason you cannot count to three. When you ref battles, you require significant help from others, to the point where the battlers had to ref their own battles and then you claimed the counters for reffing them. If you just so happen to ref a battle without obscene help from the battlers, you ignore the mechanics of ASB, use Energy Cost and Base Attack Power to determine damage, and cause damage with attacks that cannot cause damage. And then you do not even finish reffing the round before you try to claim counters for reffing the battle to fruition. You've edited claims into your profile without approval, then demanded multiple approvers double check the approval before you would edit the claim into you profile after you already edited the claim into your profile. People are bending over backwards and busting their balls to help you out, and you are going out of your way to make everything more difficult for not only yourself, but the rest of ASB as well.

You have screwed up Charmeleon's profile again. You made one change to the accuracy, but then you merged the two movepools. You added Fire Blast to Charmeleon's movepool without spending any counters for it. I am currently looking at your ASB profile. Charmander has 6/9 EC. You are trying to evolve Charmander with 9/9 EC, despite not indicating in any way, shape, or form how Charmander went from 6/9 EC to 9/9 EC.

For someone who has been part of ASB as long as you have, you consistently make errors that would make Tommy from the rock opera go "That is retarded". That's about the only thing you have proven yourself capable of doing consistently, even with constant help from the rest of ASB. Most of your infractions in ASB have been your outright refusal to obey the guidelines. Not even breaking rules most of the time. We have had people construct pokemon profiles for you that were correct. Somehow, you managed to screw them up and riddle them with errors. We have had people ref battles correctly for you. Somehow, you managed to screw them up and riddle them with errors. We have had people set up your ASB profile for you that was correct. Can you guess what you ended up doing? I do not know if you are ignorant, refuse to do things properly in order to be a "cool" rebel, or are just trolling anyone, but you have broken this approver. I can be pretty damn lenient and willing to help. You have reached the point where I am telling you to piss off. You have consistently shown an inability to follow the rules. You have consistently shown an inability to follow the guidelines. You have consistently shown an inability to accept help. You have consistently shown an inability to accept assistance. Most egregious, you have consistently pissed off the rest of ASB.

Your claim is Not Approved. Do not bother claiming again until you are willing to be a healthy contributor to ASB.
