Double-Edge is easy 1-2hko

Countering this with a Focus Sash user would be really lame, try to find something that actually counters this.

Laughs at Altaria attacks all day and Draco Meteor drops Sp Atk so after that just use Wish, then Toxic or Protect and finish it with Ice Beam

*****EDIT***** This was for gardevoir, but it can work for tryranny too, because a close combat would finish it, no need for swords dance.

*****EDIT 2***** Ugh didnt notice gengar, o well good thing this thing can take care of 'gar as well.

But it must could Switch in it can do Psychic on the switch so Tyranitar is the 1 who is the counter.
