I'm happy somebody said it. I'm not in any sort of leadership position, but there's a lot of people who signed up for ocn which haven't even been on the irc channel yet... it's kinda important.

Earthworm coded a google docs version.

You can use it here. (It takes a bit to load)

How to use it:

Basically, Columns B to E are the basic information of the player. Columns G to Y are the teams they qualify for. Basically, you click on the little Menu under the Column Name, and you pick the team. For the players eligible for 1 Single team, click the Teams Column and leave all of them on the "All" option.

For example, if I wanted to see all of Oceania, you would click on the "Oceania" Option in Columng G, and leave all the other columns in Blank. That way it will be sorted and youll see who can play for Oceania. Same applies for other teams.
