Wouldn't Incineroar still Intimidate Lopunny before it Mega Evolves? The Mega Glalie example from before serves as an example of a Pokemon that started in base forme, used Inner Focus to block Intimidate, and then Mega Evolved to achieve its calculation. If we follow that example, Lopunny has no abilities that block Intimidate.
Of course, if we allow Lopunny (or any other Pokemon that can Mega Evolve) to start in its Mega forme and not need to Mega Evolve, then my worries become moot.
252+ SpA Life Orb Tera Stellar Hoopa-Unbound Focus Blast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Assault Vest Incineroar: 281-333 (71.3 - 84.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Pre-tera evil incineroar gets 2HKO'd by focus blast forcing it to tera. It doesn't matter what type it teras into because then hoopa smacks it with psyshock
252+ SpA Life Orb Tera Stellar Hoopa-Unbound Psyshock vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Tera Electric Incineroar: 333-393 (84.5 - 99.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
The only types that resist psychic are steel and dark, which makes incin still weak to focus blast, and psychic which leads to incin getting bopped by stab dark pulses.

that isn't how this works. evil incineroar will always do what causes it to take the least damage based on what you press. it's tera is not set and it just won't tera if you push stellar blast. it will always have completely optimal EVs, nature and item for whatever you pick

I think you missed the idea. The idea is that if evil incin goes tera ghost to dodge the focus blast, next turn it gets bopped dark pulse. If it does tera dragon to take neutral, next turn it get his by psyshock. It can't change its item, tera and evs mid battle.

252+ SpA Choice Specs Tera Fire Heatran Magma Storm vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Assault Vest Incineroar: 93-110 (23.6 - 27.9%)
If the 1/8 end-of-turn damage is counted, then the final result is 142 - 159 (36.0% to 40.4%).
252+ SpA Choice Specs Analytic Tera Steel Magnezone Steel Beam vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Assault Vest Tera Steel Incineroar: 168-198 (42.6 - 50.2%)
Incineroar and Mag have the same speed, so I assume Incineroar will be a gentleman and let Mag move second for Analytic instead of leaving it to the speed tie. But it would be good to know for sure.
252+ SpA Choice Specs Analytic Tera Steel Magnezone Steel Beam vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Assault Vest Tera Steel Incineroar: 168-198 (42.6 - 50.2%)

Incineroar has the ability to negative speed creep and move second guaranteed by being one level below Magnezone.
E.x. 252+ SpA Choice Specs Tera Steel Magnezone Steel Beam vs. Lvl 99 252 HP / 252+ SpD Assault Vest Incineroar: 131-155 (33.5 - 39.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
The best result is Lv 90 Magnezone vs Lv 89 Incineroar (any higher and Incineroar takes less damage using the negative speed creep strategy, any lower and Incineroar reverts to Lv 100 and takes less damage) which gives the following calc: Lvl 90 252+ SpA Choice Specs Tera Steel Magnezone Steel Beam vs. Lvl 89 252 HP / 252+ SpD Assault Vest Incineroar: 119-140 (33.9 - 39.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
Edit: On that note, Magnemite can actually work here since Incineroar would have to drop its level too much to negative speed creep it. 252+ SpA Choice Specs Analytic Tera Steel Magnemite Steel Beam vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Assault Vest Incineroar: 136-160 (34.5 - 40.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
Edit 2: I think the strongest Analytic user which cannot be negative speed crept is Tera Stellar Beheeyem 252+ SpA Choice Specs Analytic Tera Stellar (First Use) Beheeyem Tera Blast (100 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Assault Vest Incineroar: 140-166 (35.5 - 42.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
Ah, good catch, I didn't consider this. Magnemite hitting that hard is funny though.
With Magnezone out of the way (would be 130 Spa, 140 BP STAB, 1.3x ability multiplier, and free item slot) barely making it if Analytic actually worked, I wonder if there are any special attackers left that can muster a 2HKO without Tinted Lens (the 2x ability multiplier). Kyogre being the only exception thus far. All the other nukers seem to have a STAB with an immunity.
Some offbeat mechanics that almost could have mattered, but I don't think have a place compared to the tried and true ones like Intimidate immunity.
- Download making Incineroar's defensive stat allocation awkward.
- A 100% crit bypassing Intimidate.
the damage calc isn't rendering it properly but i tested it in a battle:
level 1 taillow (0 hp iv) using endeavour reduces incineroar to 11hp, which comes to 97%. why taillow and not, say, diglett, the mon with the lowest hp stat that learns endeavour? well, taillow can have the ability scrappy, which will help it bypass the inevitable tera ghost.
i believe this to be the highest possible amount of damage that can be dealt to evil incineroar.

adding on to this, i tried level 1 pangoro / kanga, which have scrappy endeavor + multihit moves that benefit from Evil Incineroar being forced to a low level, but these don't work for high-damage purposes (iirc both have 13 hp at level 1, so incin can go to 24 HP to take less than half from endeavor and negligible damage from the multihit).
-1 252+ Atk Tera Flying Honchkrow Sky Attack vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Tera Electric Incineroar on a critical hit: 189-223 (47.9 - 56.5%) -- 88.3% chance to 2HKO
power herb
-1 252+ Atk Choice Band Tera Rock Absol Stone Edge vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Tera Fighting Incineroar on a critical hit: 156-184 (39.5 - 46.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
super luck + high crit is 50% crit which...is reasonable enough? lol
Mutually assured destruction my friend. If you launch a nuke at Evil Incineroar, he has time to launch his own nuke at you before yours lands which results in a tie.
Idk why this is so fun. Anyways, if your Pokemon suffers from a lowly STAB of 125 power or below, generic Z-Crystals are more effective than Choice items. There are likely way more pokemon with very high stats but weak STAB that can reach new thresholds this way, and this changes some of the existing calcs you posted.
For example, Ogerpon is up there, but can deal slightly more damage (42.1 - 49.7%) with 190 BP Bloom Doom than 120 BP Wood Hammer with Choice Band. 120 x 1.5 = 180 after all. There are probably many more like this.
The existing Zapdos-Galar set gets promoted to the next tier! 252+ Atk Tera Flying Zapdos-Galar Supersonic Skystrike (190 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Tera Electric Incineroar: 170-201 (43.1 - 51%)(Brave Bird base)
-1 252+ Atk Tera Grass Kartana Bloom Doom (190 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Incineroar: 151-178 (38.3 - 45.1%) (Solar Blade base) (bypass the charge turn by going Z-Move) (note that Kartana only got Solar Blade in Gen IV, after Z-Moves were retired... Leaf Blade is slightly weaker).
252+ Atk Tera Fairy Zacian Twinkle Tackle (175 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Tera Fire Incineroar: 153-180 (38.8 - 45.6%) (Intrepid Sword trades with Intimidate) (Play Rough base)
-1 252+ Atk Tera Ice Kyurem-Black Subzero Slammer (200 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Incineroar: 151-178 (38.3 - 45.1%) (Freeze Shock base) (bypass the charge turn by going Z-Move)

252+ Atk Tera Steel Lucario Corkscrew Crash (175 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Incineroar: 144-170 (36.5 - 43.1%) (Inner Focus trades with Intimidate) (Meteor Mash base)
also one unrelated one:

Going down the current records with your strategy in mind:
