Can someone please explain to me exactly what the ability forewarn does?

Jynx and hypno have it. It says that it tells you what the opponent's highest base attack is. How? Details?

Here's everything you need to know. The effect of the ability shows up in the form of a game message. For example, if Hypno switched in on a Meganium with Energy Ball / Aromatherapy / Light Screen / Leech Seed, the following message would appear:

Hypno foresaw Energy Ball!

Anticipation happens to work in a similar manner.
 
thanks cards! I knew about that smogon analysis site, I just didn't know how it displayed the message.

@mabw: that venusaur set may get a suprise ko if they switch into a really weak sweeper. Otherwise, it wouldn't be a very good set because venusaur has pretty low atk.
 
No.

You'll need Choice Specs or something to boost your attack to guarantee an OHKO. Not to mention most Garchomps are YacheChomps now.
 
If I leave AR in my ds with IV check, clone, and fast egg hatch codes on while trading over wifi, will this affect the pokes I am trading for?

This is probably a stupid question, but I am really paranoid :P

There's no information, at the minute, that it would or should in any way do what you are suggesting. It's virtually impossible really.

I think he just meant the codes are on, since you take the AR out before you actually put in your Pokemon cart.
 
How do the rebattle codes work? Also, once you use them, do you need to keep the AR in, or can you just save and tehn it will be where it was again? (I really need some good legendaries for my thread)
 
How does Feraligatr get Dragon Dance and Ice Punch? The only way I can think of is by breeding it in Emerald and teaching it through tutor, is that the only way?
