What is the best place to gain EXP for high level Pokemon (around 70-80)?

Where are the strongest Double Battle trainers located (that can be Vs Seeker'd) ?

I have been going north of the resort area in the sandstorm there is a trainer with a level 59 chansey. If you pokemon knows surf the best place is if you didn't receive the riolu egg train there with the luck egg surf takes out the wild pokemon and destroys your partner and after each battle He restores your pokemon to full health.

Well not to make Waste of this Post, why aren't Attacks like Sand Tomb or Fire Spin used more often to Trap Opponents ?

that's because there are moves with perfect accuracy that do the job better, although you do see wrap on the occasional shuckle...
 
I have a question regarding the supposed "Diamond Dust" snow. I read that it occurs on January 12th in Snowpoint. That's the date my DS is set for, yet I flew to Snowpoint and went around the lakefront and route 217 to no avail. I might add that it was night, if that has any effect. Help?

all daily events don't happen within 24 hours of the clock being changed, that's the problem...

EDIT: Does Heat Rock only work if it's on the pokemon who uses sunny day? [just double checking...]

yes, you've got it... but I've heard sme people have gotten away with setting it to 23:59 and loading the game before it changed to 00:00...

Say I have an egg in my party, and I save. Now when I hatch it and SR, what will change from the first hatch and the one after I SRed? I assume it's IV's, but I want to double check.
 
To all the people who competitive battle in-game:
How on earth do you manage to get the perfect IVs? Do you wait a couple centuries? or is there a faster way of getting them?

I was wondering that as well, but I know what it is, they get lucky and get a 31 in a stat, then they do chain breeding if it's possible...

...they just keep SRing for legends...

check the breeding guide for more info...

and the beginning of the question is contradictory, you can't battle competetively in-game...
