no, for reasons we've all already gone over many many times.
Just my opinion. I'm a heavy Tyranitar user though so almost all my games are in Sandstorm. Leftovers and no SS might change Salamence's situation totally. I will also admit I have been taken by surprise by Roost-mence once or twice.
LO lets +Speed Mence (whose mobility is quite useful) still take out the targets it needs to take out.

Another Example of common misunderstanding is Sucker Punch.
It is called "Ambush" in Japan. This explains why Pokemon without hands like Ariados can get it, and why not all punching-move compatable Pokemon (Like Jynx) can get it via move tutor.
Well that just shook things up. Now Seed Flare/Air Slash/Earth Power/HP Ice @Specs can rape the metagame. Uber for sure? No, nothing's for sure. Will it be debated and will people bitch and moan over whatever decision there is? Yes, for sure.

Knowing Pokémons and moves' names won't help with Platinum Pokésav, I'm afraid. You'll need to hack them in D/P Pokésav, save them as .pkm files, and then load them in Platinum Pokésav.

Strange, my Pokésav have all the names in strange characters (not hiragana/katakana, not "????", but REALLY STRANGE characters).
But anyways, it's easier to hack in D/P Pokésav. At least, everything's in English :]
Maybe Articuno will see more play now.
