Your first question is missing either a subject or a verb, depending on "breeding" being a verb or noun, respectively. Presuming you were asking if breeding in Emerald is better than in D/P, each has its pros and cons.Does breeding in D/P better than in Emerald? And why?
.. Cause I breed on Emerald..
Help please? How the hell do you breed egg moves onto a male Nidoran? Does a Nidoran egg have a chance of hatching into either a male or female?
Like if I have a male Smeargle with the egg moves I want, can I breed that with a female Nidoran and hatch out a male with those egg moves?
If you have an AR, you can get as many of any wonder card pokemon as you want.@Tytus: Yes, breed Nidoran female with anything in its egg group. Nidoran eggs have a chance to hatch into either males or females.
So I'm editing this post with an opinionated question to ask all of you. I screwed myself over with the stupid three Wonder Card limit because I forgot to SR for Deoxys, Darkrai, and the PRB shit, but the game gave me the Deoxys first when I went to the Pokemon Center, so I was stuck with two random SRs on the day of the TRU Dragonite event.
Note that I don't have Wi-fi or anything, so please don't compare them to someone's random trade thread here. These are all local.
I want you guys to tell me how screwed I am, or if these are actually pretty ok xD:
Deoxys 1: Modest, 27/11/7/31/27/25, planning on EVing for Speed form
Deoxys 2: Naughty, 25/30/9/13/3/23, planning on EVing for Attack form

Emerald once was the only way to get teh Battle Frontier move tutors on certain Pokemon, and still is, as some of those tutors have not returned in Platinum. There is also a bit more control of the IVs, due to Emerald's wonky pseudo-RNG. Finally, as far as I know, Emerald's left-and-right biking is faster than either D/P's up-and-down biking proximal to Solaceon or its biking path.
D/P has access to an IV-check code, for those who use Action Replays for breeding, and instant Level 100 battles on Wi-Fi for those who don't. D/P has the characteristic feature under its summary, which can tell you if the bred Pokemon possibly has a 31 IV in one stat, which is good in the short run, but Emerald's "wonderfully outstanding" gentleman can tell you far more in the long run. Finally, D/P has some new Egg moves for Pokemon that wouldn't learn them in Emerald.
In conclusion, Emerald has more advantages than D/P; however, if there are specific Egg moves you are looking for that are unavailable in Emerald, or seek near-instant knowledge of a Pokemon's IVs, D/P is the better choice.
Welcome. And... I see. If you have PBR, you can force Lv.50 upon the Pokemon in question, and usually narrow it to the range of 2 IVs for each stat.whoa thanks, But I dont have wiFi at home...
I don't have AR, nor will I ever use it.If you have an AR, you can get as many of any wonder card pokemon as you want.
Actually, that's pretty helpful advice, I don't have Wi-fi either. Thanks.Welcome. And... I see. If you have PBR, you can force Lv.50 upon the Pokemon in question, and usually narrow it to the range of 2 IVs for each stat.
Species Clause now treats all Pokémon forms as one species
I use this:@ Spheal: You might want to post the set first so we can help you...

It was in the articles section of the main website, like a lot of other helpful stuff.
@Phoenix: As far as I know, a special defensive uxie is perfectly viable too. I assume that the analysis focuses on physical defenses to save it from pursuit, but I'm not entirely sure, so you should probably get a second opinion. Looking at it's weaknesses (bug, dark and ghost), they seem to be physical on the whole...
