They haven't been made available on the main site yet, so you'll have to look for the threads in the Platinum Updates board. Or better yet, just use our Google search bar, type in the particular appliance you're looking for (e.g. "Rotom-C"), and the analysis thread (Rotom-C - New Analysis, for example) should one of the first results you see.
 
hi i'm from the uk and i have jap import platinum game and cant seem to migrate pokemon from uk versions of ruby sapphire emerald etc is this normal. complete elite four etc and 150 dex. can trade but cant migrate any clues answers i would be grateful ( just wish i had learnt to read japanese)

the gba game and the ds one must be of the same language to trade between them.

Wait, is that seriously all it gets? Anyway, you'd use Dragon Rush early game, then later you'd Dragon Dance and Outrage late game, Waterfall to hit everything that resists Dragon kind of hard I guess.

- Surf
- Dragon Pulse

Worse SpecsMence but it works.
 
Ok, a weird thing happened to me today...

I had my Jolly Staraptor out against a Shaymin with HP Fire. Yet Shaymin outsped me. How did this happen?
(If it helps, Jolly Staraptor reaches 328 speed, and its speed is the same as timid Shaymin, and HP Fire needs a 30 speed IV)

You either fought a Shaymin-S and can't see it's forme, or that Shaymin has Scarf and you don't.
 
It was in nUU, so it wasn't Skymin.

Maybe it was scarfed though... but my opponent was as surprised as me...

Unfortunately Dragonair is completely outclassed by Altaria in every single way except Attack, which is 14 points higher, compared to Altaria having 14 more HP, 25 more Defense, 35 more Special Defense, and 10 more Speed as well as a better movepool and Roost. As Chris is me pointed out, it doesn't even have enough moves to round out a Choice set, only having Outrage/Dragon Rush, Waterfall/Aqua Tail, and Iron Tail as usable attacks. If you absolutely had to, though, I'd say that something like an Agility-based mixed attacking set with Outrage / Aqua Tail / Fire Blast / Draco Meteor MIGHT work, but you're really pushing it with 84 / 70 offenses.
 
I asked this in the WiFi forum but I didn't get a reliable answer so I'll ask here:

Can a 10 Anniv. Suicune be shiny?
 
I do not believe so. AFAIK there are very few shiny event Pokémon (I think just Bonus Disc Jirachi and Box Linoone)
 
Only Shiny event Pokemon I'm aware of are WCS Milotic, Berry Glitch Shiny Zigzagoon, and the US 10 ANIV Pokemon. I'm not sure about the rest of the 3rd gen events, but unless the 4th gen events are set to shiny it can't be shiny. An exception is Ranger Manaphy, which can be shiny if you hatch another person's Manaphy egg
 
Can someone help me out? I want to make an UU team meant for OU--all with pretty or feminine pokemon, starting with Froslass... The catch though, is I need pokemon that cover every generation... Pre-evos can make a member count for two though, as Froslass covers both Hoenn and Sinnoh...
