Suicune is fast asleep!
Suicune used Sleep Talk.
Suicune used Surf.
It's not very effective...
Milotic lost 32% of its health.
Milotic used Mirror Coat.
Suicune lost 100% of its health.
Fatality's Suicune fainted.
Milotic's leftovers restored its health a little!
Milotic restored 6% of its health.
---
Suicune had 100% HP, or, 404 HP, I don't see how this is possible.

Fatality, Shoddy rounded up the damage. chances are Mirror Coat dealt between 99.5%-99.9% damage.
You sure that's the problem?

Milotic's max HP = 394

394 * 32% = ~126

126 * 2 = 252

252 <<<< 404 (62.4%, to be more precise)

Hmm...

Is there a damage calculator that has the Rotom Appliances available?
I don't think there's an accurate online calculator that accounts for them, at the moment. You have options, though:

-Use Libelldra's damage calculator (most accurate online calculator that I know of) and calculate stats with Serebii's IV Calculator.
-If Microsoft Excel is available to you, use the damage calculator in my Pokemon Resource (see sig). It may be in need a massive update (still working on it), but it's still accurate for the calculations that most people will make and all of the new Platinum forms--and the Platinum Orb--should be properly accounted for.

If you want to make damage calculations with the Rotom forms, then those options are probably your best bet.

Critical hits ignore defense modifiers. Even at +6, a crit will bypass that and do standard damage times 2.

Now my question is, do critical hits negate attack drops? Or does it do reduced damage times 2?

Critical hits are so awesome they factor in your boosts. Which is why in a Raikou vs Raikou stall war, the critical Hidden Power deals incredibly high amounts of damage.

And what about attack drops or defence drops? Does it ignore those?

I. e. if you use tackle against a -6 Pokémon and you crit, will it actually do less damage?

Or if you attack a Pokémon with a -6 Pokémon, will it do a lot more damage?

Just found the answer Griffin

When a move is a critical hit, damage is calculated based on either the modified or unmodified attack and defense stats, whichever is more advantageous to the attacker. For example, an attacker who has used Swords Dance and then makes a critical hit will get the benefit of the increased Attack, while one affected by Charm will use its normal Attack score. Another example would be if a team had Light Screen or Reflect on it and the attacker scored a critical on the team with the certain wall; the defense added by the wall would then be ignored, and will do double normal damage.

that's fucking awesome.

After doing some research... is there any Grass pokemon capable of stopping Scizor?

Hp Fire Users come to mind, but they get Bullet Punched in the face before they can attack, and most grass types fear X-Scissors.

The only one I can really think of is a specialised Breloom variant... max hp/def impish breloom takes lol damage from bullet punch and is NOT OHKO'ed by a +2 Scizor with X-Scissor and Stealth Rock, can Spore it and finish with Focus Punch. A mix of speed and HP EVs would be appropriate, so that Scizor can't tell whether to X-Scissor or Bullet Punch.

The more powerful grasses are too weak to survive boosted bullet punches, as you said, and of the Bulky Grasses (Celebi, Ludicolo, Cradily, Torterra, Abomosnow, Tangrowth and Shaymin-l) Cradily and Abomosnow are weak to BP, Tangrowth and Torterra are too slow to react to X-Scissors and Celebi has the massive Bug weak, so coming in on CB Scizor is like attacking a sheep mincer with a toothpick. Ludicolo isn't weak to bullet punch but is more inclined to be specially defensive.

I would have to say Shaymin-l. It has Celebi's excellent defences, albeit without Recover, excellent speed and moderate special attack, and can wield HP fire, alongside Seed Flare, very effectively.

actually max/max+ breloom is always OHKO'd b +2 life orb scizor x-scissor after stealth rock damage and is ko'd 74% of the time without it

I see, between Breelom and Shaimin will do.
I'll take note on this, I was thinking some on some kind of Bold Venasaur but it doesn't fill any role on my team. Thanks for the ideas.

2 questions.

1) If I have a Focus Sash on an Azelf and an enemy Ttar switches in and Pursuits me while I switch out, will my Sash activate and it'll be in my party with 1 HP left?

2) What is an optimal leftovers number? How come it's optimal? Can anyone give me a few examples?

1) if tyranitar switches in, you take a turn of sandstorm damage so your sash is useless

2) you should try to make your hp stat divisible by 16

1) Yes, I'm pretty sure you swap out before SS takes its toll
2) It's overrated. While you get max lefties recovery you're also making yourself die to SR/Spikes/Sandstorm faster. Just go Lefties number +1 or something. In certain Pokemon you'd want to max out their HP.

Could someone list all Pokemon Natures in Japanese for me?
EDIT: Nevermind, I found these on Bulbapedia...

Also, what are the advantages to breeding in Emerald?

Alright, thanks for answering my question. Those were just theoretical ones btw, although I doubt it'll be of any actual use.
