That and the massage lady in Veilstone can help, give your Riolu a massage every day and it can do about half a heart on the Poketch APP.

I don't know where the "look at what I bred" topic or whatever it's called is, so is this usable?

So I decided to EV train my TRU Dragonite, when I realized that it didn't have a Classic Ribbon on it, so maybe I can wifi-clone it. But then I realized I already deleted Dragon Dance and Outrage from it...

So basically, my question is would it be better to keep it @ lv 50 for possible trades or just raise it like a normally would since the 2 moves that made it special are already gone?

Hmm, I didn't even realise I wasn't using an attacking move :P .

Are you sure double team won't help?

Even with 6 double teams up, your Smeargle isn't guaranteed to avoid every hit. In fact, 1 double team won't make much of a difference to your chances of survival, and that's most likely all you'll be able to pull off.

I used Simple Bibarel with Double Team and it didn't do much for me.

Does anyone know of a way to check happiness taps when doing the RNG shiny egg trick?

The RNG reporter tells you how many to do. If you mean a way to check your progress, no.

How do I teach Quick Attack to my Rapidash?

All the guide books say it's a "Basic" attack and list it before all level up attacks.

My Ponyta is level 40, and I don't want to level it up until L49 because I want it to know Flare Blitz.

Any thoughts about Quick Attack? Basically, I just don't understand how "Basic" Attacks work.

What that means is that Rapdiash learns it through the Move Relearner in Pastoria City (Rapidash "learns" it at Level 1. It's impossible to have a Level 1 Rapidash though, so it must be gotten by having the Move Relearner teach it to it once it has evolved).

Yeah i meant check progress. What about IV battling? Can you do that or will it mess up your frames and stuff for hatching the egg? I dont have any rare candies right now and daycaring to level 51 doesnt really help from lvl 16...

Thanks Naxte! That information makes him actually usable! Whew! All those hours of breeding and EV training aren't for naught! ^.^

does anybody have any lvl 91 and up pokemon w/ pickup that they could trade, I'd be willing to trade legendaries for it or other pokemon

In a 3 pokemon team, what's a good complement to scizor and heatran?

I would say a Swampert is a good Pokemon. It brings some resistance to Rock and an Electric immunity. Not to mention, your other two Pokes just laugh at Grass attacks directed at Swampert. The only problem is no Ground resistance and Water resistance.

I believe entering a wifi battle reseeds the RNG to an unknown value, so yes it would be bad. Have you tried Metalkid's calculator? You can get accurate IVs in a couple of level ups.

try starting out in the resort area. fish with the spuer rod. magikarp there go up to LV 100(have caught one at that lv if you're wondering) so if you catch a high LV one then you should do well. also if you have about 100 rare candies you should be able to do two or three shiny breeds.

Thanks for the suggestions, swampert seems like a good idea.

Hmm, something that resists Fighting and Ground... Salamence? Rotom-A? Depends on what sets you're running on the Heatran and Scizor.

I haven't made up my mind yet on what sets to use but it's also mainly for battle frontier at the moment. Perhaps something like a life orb scizor with u-turn, brick break, bullet punch, swords dance to lead and a CS heatran with the usual fire blast, earth power, dragon pulse, and explosion.

To get in the resort area though, dont you have to have like ten ribbons or is that somewhere else? Also, is the magikarps hard to catch or can you just use a duck ball and get it at night because i dont wanna use a master ball or train a pokemon to a even higher level unless i have to.
