Also there are different Pokedexes for boys and girls.

Also there are different Pokedexes for boys and girls.
It may have to do with that breeding rumor. You must have to unlock this event to be able to breed the unique characteristics.
We know for now that any pokémon will follow you, but that post of mine is speculation. But considering that they added Steelix after all (something I was imagining they'd do), I wouldn't be surprised if they make this following system as I said...

Havak I doubt HGSS will have a deoxys event because DP already had one making it available 4rth gen

When did DP have a Deoxys Event? Other than the Gamestop one?
That's not really an in-game event to make certain everything is available, is it? And, it didn't happen in Europe so that's not catering for everyone, which is why I reckon it'll unlock Deoxys.
They seem to be including every legendary through the use of either Wi-Fi events, or an external game (Ranch, Ranger) in 4th gen.

Well seeing that they bothered to revamp and expand the ruins, it'd be nice if there was actually a purpose to catching all the unowns (opening another stupid unown cave does not count). Really though, the most interesting information was the pokemon following you around thing lol, unfortunately Draco Meteor isn't that groundbreaking
If every other remaining legend is unlocked by normal Wifi event, or transfer Pokemon from movie, that'd be awesome. Jirachi with Draco Meteor is meh, I'd rather use Hidden Power Ice for revenge killing dragons.
The 'every Pokkemon following you', seem nice. If even sea-only Pokemon like Wailord follow you on land, that'd be weird/awesome.
On sprites note, the new Mareep sprite looks nice, I hope Ampharos and other Pokemon look more badass than their DPPt sprite.

whoever says that g/s/c was not awesome, was wasted...simply because it was the best, it was better than rby because it surpassed it big time, it was better than r/s/e because that was basically another red and blue, plus the pokemon started bein a little lame....come on, luvdisc?!? and d/p/p had way too many legendaries

No. There's a picture of the Pokedex that happens to be on Mareep's page, but that's it. All we have seen so far is Mareep and the starters.

I'm really excited about this game, the 2nd gen games have always been my favorites. Arceus being in it is pretty awesome too.
Whoa! This game really is looking even more incredible than from the last couple of weeks! The Pokemon Followers will probably the most awesome thing ever to me in a Pokemon game.
I now cannot wait to see the first trailer!

I hope that there will be a Pokemon game for a more adult public some-day... Like one where you are free to chose your own path, so that you can even join Team Rocket for example. That would be awesome...
