Is it true that the DS runs out of power faster when playing a gameboy advance game than when playing a DS game?
And is it true that over time, the DS is able store less power?
As for the first question - it shouldn't. The lower screen is not backlit, and the top screen doesn't have the same amount of pixels illuminated. Plus, I'd imagine that Advance games take much less processing power.
The second question is answered by Nintendo on their Customer Service FAQ.
- Will I ever need to replace the rechargeable battery?
- The battery will last for several years (or about 500 charges) before battery life starts dropping. If you experience problems with your battery, please try our power/battery troubleshooting.
My own question - Where can I find information on the AI for NPC Trainers in Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum?
