I can confirm this *under windows 7 RC1*
Well, I can't possibly have messed up, since I did everything as instructed.
Load game, catch, get seed, fly solaceon, put parent, get 5 eggs, hatch. I didn't touch the poketch. Parents have nothing equipped.
What could possibly have gone wrong there?
OK, I tried again.

Started game, caught this:
Dugtrio

Thoroughly cunning
104/100/71/79/80/143
Flew to Solaceon.
Deposited pogeys in PC, grabbed a Bibarel (caught on this cart)
Threw in daycare with Ditto there (caught on this cart too)
Got this:
Timid F 1
Careful F 1
Calm M 0
Timid M 0
Brave F 1
Well, I did as I said. So, if it's not the fault of the program or mine... I'm among the exceptions? XDMingot asked me to test this, so I simulated your situation:
I set my DS clock to a necessary date/time that would give me the seed (CE120299), and reset my game until I achieved that seed. Then, because the two compatible parents in my party happened to be international, I put them in the Day-Care and hatched the first five eggs. The natures predicted for International Parents in RNG reporter matched the ones I actually hatched. Then just to be sure, I swapped the parents for non-international ones, and repeated the process. Again, the natures hatched matched the ones predicted by RNG Reporter.
Not sure what you're doing wrong, but after testing this I can guarantee you it's not the fault of the program.
Don't average your delay. The objective of calibration is to find the range of your delays. As far as I know no-one is skilful enough to hit a certain delay every time. You need to search in your range and hope to hit the delay you were aiming for.

Well, I'm not :/I don't believe in exceptions in the world of softwares, so either you are doing something wrong, or you're reading something wrong from the program, but if everyone else here say that RNG Reporter works, thats because it works.
@ ClikC: The extra frame that is used in Sweet Scent is used to select the encounter, so each spread is locked to a specific Pokemon. You will always get Roselia with that spread. There is some information now on determining what will appear.
@ ClikC: look at pages 195 - 197 of this thread, specifically a post by Wild Eep on page 195.
I never said the program was defective... You guys infered that. I was only asking what's wrong.Nothing, it only means your parents are not international. You should have tried this before stating that the program was defective.
So it must mean the parents are not international. If I knew where that Trapinch came from...A good way to see if parents are international is to attach an everstone to the appropriate monster and see if it works. Also, if you would like to trade those to someone to have a closer look at I am sure that can be arranged.
EDIT: Most of my testing has been on a DS lite, and if it did not work on one or the other I think we'd know, so this can be ruled out.
Does anyone else RNG abuse with an R4? I've been soft resetting to hit one of my common delays for hours with no luck and I've noticed my delay randomly changing from even to odd. Any tips?
