If that is indeed Shadow Sneak, Medicham would certainly like it. It has nice coverage with Brick Break/HJK, and it works better than Bullet Punch in the prioritycham set too.
 
it's not a japanese problem. the problem is: we found hexadecimal numbers on ROM that say us which pokémon learn the moves. they are identified as "move tutor 1", "move tutor 2", etc... we just took off the move tutors that we already know from Platinum and post the ones we don't know. now, we have to found it in game. just like we already find headbutt.

This one's interesting, it seems odd that Golduck is the first Pokemon to learn it...what could Golduck and Machamp learn that Blastoise couldn't? A lot of the Pokemon here get Cross Chop via egg move (Golduck, Electabuzz, Magmar, Croagunk) so I wouldn't be surprised if it was that (although Exeggutor and a few others makes that seem a little less likely). It certainly looks like a Fighting move though.

We already had a tutor for that in Platinum, with a slightly different and larger list of Pokémon learning it.

Encore added to subPunch Gengar? CM Mewtwo? Baton Pass Mew? Sucker Punch Absol? Lead Azelf?

Not to mention Lucario could use if for more SDs, Abomasnow could get a free sub, Latias gets another toy, and Deoxys forms could really spike-stack!

If that's Encore, we are in for a big metagame change in multiple tiers.

anti lead or sweeper dragonite. 100 evs in hp to help survive and get a ddance in, extremespeed for priority, outrage/dragon claw for stab, super power for steels and stuff. This is the set im about to use.

I'm more amused at the idea of Blissey with Explosion. Besides, if there's antying I learned about imporbable moves, Camerupt gets Explosion and it isn't up there.

Super Fang? Most of these besides Toxicroak have big teeth or use biting moves...

If true, A Super Fang based set for Walrein would be make a new alternative for the current Stallrein set.
 
Yeah, but it gets that from it's pre-evo.

Actually, with the other Pokémon on the list, it's starting to seem more likely.
