i know, but it doesnt make a rubbish descision any less rubbish, if we had drew that 1-1 though.. dropped enough points to incompetiance already this season.

Liverpool beat everton wow such an epic lol match.Everton played all the way and liverpool end up winning.Rapha is finally getting some luck =D
 
If it wasn't for the African Cup of Nations i would say United should just hand over the title to Chelsea, so much better then everyone else at the minute.

Anyone watching real vs barcelona, i wonder if bookies do a bet on how many times supposed amazing free kick taker ronaldo hits the wall i would have been a millionaire within the last few years.
 
What a great weekend of football:

Arsenal - Chelseal: 0-3, efficieny football to the top, but Chelsea do win (again).
Barcelona - Real Madrid: 1 - 0, El Classico, people what a game it was and always will be. Barcelona with 10 men after the double yellow for Busquets. But Barcelona didn't give away their lead and will go back to the #1 spot of La Liga
Catania - AC Milan: 0 - 2, 2 goals of our own Klaas Jan Huntelaar in the dying minutes of the match. 93' and 95' were the minutes they were made:P

EDIT: Apparently, the buyer of the BMW F1 team, Quadbak Investments, is a huge scam set up by some Russell King guy. For what I've hear, that same company bought Notts County...
 
I think that either The Netherlands or Spain are going to win the championship. They have great teams and both made an excellent qualifiers performance. England is another big candidate.

No seriously, I think that The Netherlands, Spain, Brazil and England are the most dominant cannidates for the title. Germany, Argentina, Portugal and (maybe) France will/can be dangerous outsiders, but I think that the 4 previous mentioned are the favorites.
 
Not Portugal. I'm Portuguese and I follow the National Team regularly, and our team has lots of holes on it. The fact that the qualification was pitful too doesn't help either.

And not France. At least not without Platini's help.

Well, you never know in football so.

Portugal will rely on the capabilities of Cristiano Ronaldo. He can always be a very decisive player and you never know what to expect from him

France is at the moment a crumbling team, but maybe they can bring out a stunt
 
Hmm...Spain for once aren't the "underdog" going into a big sporting competition. I wonder if they can do the double in two years? The last team to accomplish that was West Germany in 1972 & 1974.

I'm hoping England will show well for this World Cup, the squad just needs to play regular league football and stay injury free up to next May....fat chance I know.

Usual suspects to go all the way... Brazil, Spain, Italy, Germany, Argentina, England.

Suprise package of the tournament? Ivory Coast :naughty:

Except Ronaldo has a very annoying tendency of playing like shit when he's playing for Portugal. It's ridiculous, ugh.

I'm hoping that France gets destroyed on the WC though. Domenech is the worst asshole on the soccer world, I can't wait 'till he gets fired.
 
I am English and i don't really see England winning this, Semi-Finals at best if they get a lucky draw. They are the best of the rest but i can't see them getting past Brazil, Spain or even Germany. Netherlands in the exact same boat a very good team but when it comes down to it they will not beat the favourites.

In 06 France had to have Zidane bail them out in the last group game and all the way to the finals, they were a better team then and basically every other big team has improved since then, dangerous but not finalists.

Ivory Coast got fucked last time by a group of death or they would have made it through, they are a much better squad now i can see them being in the quarter finals.

No idea with Argentina they have amazing talent, but Maradona has his head up his arse.
