Hello everyone, and Happy New Year! It's been a long time since I've come by, but hopefully you guys can help me out. : )
I have a few questions regarding the use of Baton Pass in combination with a couple of moves/abilities. Additionally, a question regarding some fire moves/abilities.
1. If a Pokemon uses Wish and then uses Baton Pass, will the Pokemon switched in be healed by the wish?
Yes, but actually the advantage of using Wish is that you don't have to do that... if you use Wish on one turn and then switch normally the next, your newly switched-in Pokémon will get its HP restored. The only benefits to using Baton Pass would be if you were slower than your opponent and wanted to take damage from their attack BEFORE you switched (or avoid double damage from Pursuit if you were slower), or if you were trapped by Mean Look, etc.
2. If a Pokemon receives a boost from their ability such as Motor Drive, Flash Fire etc. does that get transfered over to the Pokemon switched in via Baton Pass (Note: If this is subjective to certain abilities please tell me). Also, does it only apply to abilities that increase stats (in which case Motor Drive is a yes, and Flash fire is a no)?
If the boost causes you to see the message "[Pokémon]'s [Attack / Defense / Sp. Atk / Sp. Def / Speed] rose!", then it will be passed when you use Baton Pass. Your Pokémon will also retain those boosts if Skill Swap is used on it. This applies to Motor Drive, Steadfast, Speed Boost, etc. If the boost is "indirect" and you don't see that message, as is the case with Flash Fire, then Baton Pass cannot transfer it, and the boost will go away if Skill Swap is used.
3. Does Lava Plume hit everything in a Double Battle (similar to Discharge) ?
Yes.
4. Can Will-O-Wisp activate abilities like Flash Fire, and can that Pokemon actually be be inflected with the BURN status? Whether it's hurt by it or not, if it's still listed there I'm assuming Facade can benefit.
Any Fire attack, including Will-O-Wisp and Hidden Power Fire, will activate Flash Fire, despite the fact that the Fire-type Pokémon with the Flash Fire ability cannot be burned due to its typing (and thus will not get double damage from Facade). If you were to get a non-Fire-type Pokémon with Flash Fire (i.e. Skill Swap), then it would still activate Flash Fire, but you would still get the burn status and everything that comes with it (damage after every turn, decreased Attack, and double damage from Facade).
Sorry for asking a bunch of question, but I hope you can help me. Once again, Happy New year! Thanks in advance. : ) Also, sorry for creating a topic for this originally, I just don't want to spam here - so that's why I've posted the four questions together.

No problem; Happy New Year to you too and good luck! Let me know if you need anything else!
