I have a question- was azelf the only hacked poke in his thread? He gave me rights to five of his other pokes, and was wondering if it's safe to trade them. I'm guessing no, but it's worth a shot.

The legendaries were the troublesome monsters.
But blacklisting is more about being unable to trust users - if they have one hacked thing, who's to say they didn't just hack everything?
Yeah, I'd avoid trading anything of his or anything belonging to any other blacklisted user.

I would like to report andrew94 for trading me a hacked Mismagius. Here is a PM in which he listed his pokemon.
I bolded the pokemon in question. I wrote back asking him to stop PMing with offers and to just post in my thread. Here's his reply:
I had a feeling it was a hack when he said it was hatched at Solaceon, so I decided to trade for it just to confirm.
The summary screen reads:
Day-Care Couple
Egg received.
Feb. 8, 2010
Solaceon Town
And it has the HGSS only egg move Nasty Plot.
So yea, pretty obvious hack. =P

I would like to say that andrew94's annoying, and that's why he's the first person to be added to my ignore list.
He kept asking for Jirachis after repeatedly telling him that I wasn't interested in any of his pokémon. I eventually gave in and gave him a Jirachi for free, but he kept asking for more Jirachis and that's when I had enough and decided to just ignore him.
I also thought it was very suspicious that he kept listing pokés on his PMs which weren't found on his trade thread because he wasn't getting enough trades or some other excuse that I can't remember well.

At first I thought this guy somehow got a hold of my Misdreavus egg (which is Timid 31\30\30\30\30\30, and has Nasty Plot). It is very much possible to trade unhatched eggs from HGSS to DPPt to hatch it Solaceon, which I've done with a lot of my breeds in order to have an English name.
However, they all say they are obtained in "Link trade" rather than the Day-Care Couple. So I concur with the hack diagnosis.

Back when HGSS came out, I read that it apparently can, but there is no pokémon in its egg group that can learn it, and in the future, the PokéWalker could have a course with a Head Smash Nosepass.
So yeah, it's hacked. That explains why it's not listed anywhere but in Serebii.

I checked and I still couldnt found it.
All current pokewalker courses do not have this.
Even somewhere on Serebii said that its couldn't be breed.
So its hacked as far as I can see
Of course it is. But I talked with GREEN00, and he was polite with everything, and it appeared he got it in a trade and was rather diligent about checking it (except for using Serebii X_X). So I'm going to wait until something else happens before making any final move.

The one who ''stole'' pokémon from him is me.
The pokémon I ''stole'' was a pick up linoone with a brave nature that I acidentaly tossed. It was for pick up use only, as the nature, iv's and ev's were realy screwed. I told him about it and offered him a new Linoone that I would level until 90/100 for rare candy pickup, but he refused it.
Then he says in his thread:
While he knows he can't trade the Skarmory and Larvitar.
He has been infracted several times on a dutch forum were I know him from for redistributing the skarmory and larvitar.
He is also asking refund for Mattj's flawless Mew, which should be given for free to anyone who asks for one.
I REALY hope he will be blacklisted here as he keeps trying.

In that case I want to report eppi for stealing 6 of my pokemon I also want to tell that he has more than once told lies about me furthermore he never offered me retribution and he also dont tell that he stole 6 linoones from me and a rotom he would just breed the rotom but I never got it back furtermore I never asked something for the mew so thats a lie as well furthermore I have al the names by it but from some I dont know who they are from anymore or i traded them from someone else who received them from someone else again so thats why I dont know the original trainer if I find them I wil afcourse add them
wait, you said that eppie stole 6 pokes from you, but then you say that he stole 6 linoones and a rotom which is 7. plus, he even tried to make up for him accidently releasing the linoone by making you a new one but you refused, which probably started this whole thing. So, for me looking at it, you seemed to have started this all by refusing a new linoone from eppie as apology for releasing your old one,

it where 6 linoons 4 from 100 1 from 90 and one from 80 and I didnt mention the rotom at first because I thought 6 would be enough and since I couln't find my note anymore I wasnt sure but I found the notes a few days back and about the refund thats a plain lie he never ever offered me compensation

I offered him a new Linoone that I would breed and level to 90 but he refused that, and started trading my Pokémon which I never gave him rights to do. On that point I decided to release the other 5 linoones as well, as they had no meaning at all to me anymore.
This whole activity did NOT happen on this forum, until Mr Wowgek7 made a account on Smogon and started redistributing pokémon, which he does not have rights to.
If I am correct, I may report some one to the blacklist who is trading pokémon without the needed rights to do so.
If anyone could give me 1 good reason to steal a Brave lvl 90 Linoone that has no competative use at all, I can't wait to read that.
