once you obtain a flying pikachu from the pokewalker, can you breed it since its a male with other pikachus to pass on the move fly?

Steelix does get 9 if you count Sand Tomb from Onix.

Never would have guessed it had such a big level-up movepool. Do you have a database or something? (Ie have you checked everything, or is it still possible something gets even more?)

The caveat should be said that some 'level-up moves' require relearning using a Heart Scale and can never actually be learnt by levelling up. So they may not be so useful in-game (which is presumably why you'd want to know the level up movepool) - though Heart Scales are pretty easily obtained and infinitely replaceable, unlike some TMs and move tutors.

Indeed. I wanted to know because I am trying to figure out some fun ways to go through the Battle Hall, but am too lazy to find and horde large amounts of TMs or teach egg moves.

What's a great combo of 4 physical attacks without any harsh side effects or drawbacks? Or 3 attacks with a move to make up for those side effects?

This is for no Pokémon specifically, just in general

EQ, stone edge and something like ice punch and fire punch, the later 2 are useful for taking out flygon, breloom and bronzong. but they are a bunch of different combos and i am just giving a basic set with moves that got no bad sides effects and good coverage.

Honestly? Don't even go near the Battle Hall. That place was hell for me even when I used a perfect Garchomp. I wasted so many hours in that place that I could have used at the Battle Factory...

Question: What resists the combination of Wood Hammer, Volt Tackle, Brave Bird, and Flare Blitz? (And I know that's a pretty big drawback but either way)
I'm pretty sure it's only resisted by Cyclohm which doesn't actually exist

Nothing. The only types that are resistant Electric and aren't weak to the other attacks are Dragon and Electric and you have to pair Electric with either Dragon or Fire to resist the other two.

When you use Pursuit in-game on a switching Pokemon and fainting it, does the opponent get the option of changing the initially desired switched Pokemon to another Pokemon?

For example, lets say I chose to use Pursuit from my Tyranitar to the opposing Latias. The opponent is switching to Swampert, but my Pursuit takes effect and faints Latias. Now does the opponent's switch Pokemon become Swampert or does the opponent have the chance to change the option to another Pokemon like Scizor to switch in after Latias fainting?

I'm pretty sure I tried to switch out of a wild Raticate's Pursuit in HG and it KOd the Pokemon and I wasn't able to choose a different Pokemon to send out.

For future reference.

What are some of the best options as a wall / stall Pokemon in the battle tower? Something like Cursebreon/Snorlax. Are there any other good options for it?

Also, am I dreaming if I want to bring my lead Persian through BT with me? Flawless Technician with Fake Out, Return, U-Turn and Taunt.

Last question about the BT- is the HGSS one much different than the Platinum one?

Any more input on this?

Okay if i were to make a Baton Pass Team and pass it all to Numel(like speed or SpA) would the Ability Simple activate on Shoddy? Please Get Back To Me Thanx For Your Time.

Any more input on this?
Stall pokemon are few and far between so It is really up to the other 2 pokemon you bring with you.(Sorry can't really name any good examples of the top of my head.)

As for persian I have seen people get through with inferape that has moves similar to that and they did ok. But it is a risky chance so I probably say you are not dreaming but that is not the best idea.

As for the BT deference, as far as I can tell it is exactly the same.(Although there is a good chance that is not true as I'm just calling up what I know from memory.)

Sorry this could not be more helpful.

how do i IV my latias to give it the max power hp fire it can have?

Its a spA tias so i dont really want to kill its spe or spA.The only thing really preferable i think would be to kill its Atk but i dont know valid IV spreads.

Thanks in advance

Quick Ball should work well since you should never be in a battle with them for very long and Dusk Ball gets the same 4x capture rate if it's at night. Fast Balls get a 3x capture rate since Entei and Raikou run away.

No offense, but that Weezing set is terrible. It gets walled by all Steel types, or basically anything slower than it for that matter. Salamence, Gyarados, Lucario, Metagross, and a whole lot of others can come in and set up on it with impunity. I guess you could try running Will-O-Wisp and something like Earthquake but you would be better off sticking with Pain Split and special attacks, imo.

Intimidate/Fire Fang Arbok. No joke.

Aside from the Master Ball, what Poké Balls would work best on Entei and Raikou in SS?

And would a Rest/Sleep Talk/Payback/Gyro Ball Weezing be viable at all?
If anything, at least run WoW on a resttalk stall set with Weezing. I'd probably try WoW/rest/sleeptalk/payback or sludge bomb if you want to go down the resttalk route.

Safari Zone question:

So I set a up 18 Grass Blocks in the Marshland area and wait ten days so I can get a Seviper. I also set up 18 Rocky Blocks in the Meadow area, so I can get a Nosepass after 30 days, at the same time. I come back after 10 days and get my Seviper and set up the Marshland with 25 Forrest Blocks so I can Carnivine, Croagunk, and Roselia after 20 days. I come back today (which I don't think has been 20 days since I put those Blocks down) and I'm able to catch Carnivine, Croagunk, and Roselia but I can't seem to get a Nosepass. I think something like this happened in the desert and Wetland areas as well.

So my question is this, do the blocks have to be there for the entire time or does the area just have to be there for the given amount of days and the Pokemon will show up any time after that, as long as the right blocks are there? So there's a possibility that you could leave your Rocky Beach area open for 120 with nothing in it, place the neccesary blocks in it for Gible, and immediately get it. Has this happened to anyone else? I've set up 25 Rocky Blocks in the Wasteland area, so if a Banette comes in 10 days (20+10=30), I'll know for sure.

Hi There:
2 Short Questions regarding RNG:

-> I use the Spreadsheets from the RNG manipulation guide here at somogon. So i was wondering: Does "Offset" mean "target Frame"? If no: What does it mean, and where is the target frame?

-> By now i'm pretty good with hitting my Seconds but my delay tends to be off by like 2-10 points. Is there a special trick or do i just have to keep trying?

Thanks in Advance,

Araiguma
