Very true. I think I'll juggle around with the idea of an Empoleon lead. I believe that Fake-out has the same priority as Aqua Jet, yes?
Also, another friend runs an Anti-Lead Dragonite...any ideas that would work for all three? I realize that I'm asking for a miracle here, lol.
As for a SporePunch Breloom counter, I was thinking of a RestTalking Machamp with Ice Punch...I think that would work nicely.

dont bother with ice punch, STAB dinamic punch is doing the exactly same damage against breloom, that aside i heard you can flinch hax the entire metagame with jirachi so try using a scarf jirachi lead to deal with scizor(fire punch), infernape(flame is not a ohko right away and you can just iron head to death with flinch hax) and nite(ice punch)
What would you suggest over Ice Punch? And my friends consider Jirachi as a legendary...unfortunately. Also, what makes Jirachi's flinch hax worse than Togekiss's flinch hax?

It'll still get owned by Scizor's Bullet Punch whenever it doesn't use protect. You want something that can take whatever Scizor can dish out and strike back for an almost guaranteed OHKO?

I lead with this often to great effect. Intimidate powers down Bullet Punch, usually to the point where Arbok can survive it, and strike back with Fire Fang for the KO. Also works great if you have a Weezing on your team. Whenever someone switches in anything that can learn Earthquake, I switch Arbok for Weezing; 9 times out of 10 Weezing switches into EQ and can Will-O-Wisp them.
That does look very cool, but the iffy accuracy of the first 3 moves (Fire Fang, not so much) kinda turns me off of Arbok. Plus, not the biggest fan of Arbok. I think I'll use an Empoleon lead, until further notice. Anyway, any perfect OU non legendary counters to Milotic?

stone edge or payback depending on your team needs, machamp no guard make sure stone edge always hit and resttalk pay off for the low pp of both moves, payback on the other hand give you a clean ohko on most ghosts barring dusknoir and defensive rotom forms, also just because jirachi is legendary you cant use or something? wtf? blablabla, use scarf togekiss then, but you will have to stick with hp ice if you want to ohko nite then he cant flinch, fire blast for scizor and air slash for infernape, you should stick with something like trick on the last slot.
No Raikou, it's a legendary. Would a Blissey do that much against a RestTalk Milotic? It would lose some effectiveness, I'm sure...

Well then use rotom-H. When it rests use thunderbolt/thunder twice and you should have a dead milotic.
Fairly certain Magic Guard only works on status/stats/weather. Pain Split should work.

Yeah Magic Guard only works on residual damage. Pain Split should still go through.
The Battle Armor really makes it more breeding material than sweeping capable, but maybe it could be IV bred into a Swift Swim sweeperJust got my hands on this guy (giveaway):

Bibarel is a brilliant HM Whore. Give it Surf, Rock Climb, and Waterfall (I think). It can also use Rock Smash and Strength (maybe cut too but idk).
In HGSS, Furret can learn: Cut, Strength, Rock Smash, Surf, and Whirlpool.
...Not to mention T-bolt, Ice Beam, Flamethrower, Thunder, Focus Blast, Blizzard, Shadow Ball, and SolarBeam.
