Wouldn't a Godzilla based creature be at least part Fire- or Water-type?

That's why we need a T-rex :) c'mon, more dinosaur-based fossil pokemon would be cool!
I don't look at Torterra's face when I judge him. I see him as the coolest one because I look at his back and it reminds me of that one big monster thing from one of the Kingdom Hearts game in the Lion King level.
I think the dinosaur is one of the most untapped sources for pokemon that I can think of... what are some other animals would you like to see be made into pokemon?

-Kangaroo (SERIOUSLY GAMEFREAK? How is this not made yet? just get a kangaroo and put a boxing glove at the end of its tail and call it a day)
-Polar Bear
-Griffin
-Tiger
-Flamingo
You can't really count the Griffin because you'd be going into mythology and there are so many they haven't taken from there. For animals, I haven't seen a llama. They're dumb and ugly animals but GameFreak can turn some of the most unappealing animals into awesome Pokemon. Peacocks are also standouts that haven't been made.
They should make a Grass/Flying bird of paradise. I actually had a dream where I saw a Pokemon that basically had that plant on Skarmory's body that was a different color.
Also, like I've said many times in this thread, we need a Normal/Ghost bakeneko. A Ghost/Steel suit of armor and a Rock/Flying gargoyle would be awesome as well.

I REALLY want a Giant Anteater Pokemon. it's my favourite animal. I would use it even if it was horrible.

It's been named the worlds most dangerous Bird (The 2007 edition of the Guinness World Records). that's just too hardcore to NOT base a Pokemon off of. it's a flightless bird, so Ground/Fighting?

I'd love a Grass/Steel Koala. Grass-type because they are herbivores, and the Steel-type could be Gamefreak exaggerating their claws. Give it maybe Unaware and a new ability that gives them a bonus when they use Rest. The former of which due to their lackadaisical behavior, the latter because they spend most of their time sleeping (maybe Rest would remove all stat reductions or something).
Other ideas are a Water/Psychic Dolphin (not a new type but it is the one that makes the most sense given their high IQ and communication techniques) and a Panda of some sort.

Also, they should make a Grass/Fire lodgepole pine (it often needs a forest Fire to be able to spread its seeds) and a Grass/Dragon frill-necked lizard (the cartilage in its neck looks sort of like the veins in leaves).

I want a plain old, pure-flying type. Don't have one of those yet. There's a bunch of Normal/Flying, would it kill them to take out the normal part for once?
Also, would like to see a Polar Bear. Ice typing obviously, secondary typing could be Water (but that's beeen done too many times) or they could give it a random typing and change its colours around (Make it look electric-like for awesome BoltBeam dual STAB). Or mono-ice.

They had their chance to make Castform pure Flying but no...they made it pure Normal.
we need a fire/dragon like this, a little bit different because this one is from capcom, but we need a fire/dragon, i hope gamefreak do things right this time, because mence dont fit the bill of crimson Wyvern.
Yes yes and YES! A fire-dragon type (especially one that looks like that) would be awesome! Especially if it got Earth Power so special variants could deal with Heatran.
