For HGSS, will a GBA game in the slot change odd/even delays consistently, if at all?
Where is the download link for the pikatimer?
Is this correct?
I'm going for this spread.
PID: 0703b6e4 (MODEST, ability 0) 30/10/30/31/31/31 (Seed: 061204f4 Method 1: 59, J (synch): 2, J (no synch): 42, K (synch): 4, K (no synch): 12) HP ICE 70
Using Pikatimer.
In pikatimer,
calivrated delay: 602
Wanted delay: 1258
Calibrated second: 16
wanted second: 16
first timer: 49.07
Second timer: 26.93
when the first timer hits 0, I hit start on my AR.
When the second one hits 0, I start the game.
But my delay is doesn't show up with any coin flips. Why?
i found nothing to learn how to rng with poketore, has anyone a link or else?
(i need ditto (diamond))
Not really. Whenever I abuse I just aim for a particular time for calibrating. Like when I did my Platinum I pressed A after 2 minutes to end the TV show. That way I could easily hit it. Found the delay, then used PikaTimer to hit my target delay.
Comments in bold.I've been reading and re-reading the first page for most of the day, and all I've gotten out of it is a headache. Here's what I understand:
Initial seed is determined by a formula involving date/time to the second and the delay between when you get to the continue screen and when you select it. No, the delay is the time between selecting the game (or soft reseting) to when you press A on the continue screen. PlatinumRNG.exe should tell me my starting seed, given the correct input, and it can then be verified via RNG Reporter's Seed to Time tab, checked against a number of Prof. Elm call responses.
I may need to calibrate one or more of the programs to get true results.
I can adjust the date/time on my NDS in order to influence the initial seed.
Aside from that... How does one figure the Delay, considering that the continue screen fades in and out? What do I do when PlatinumRNG.exe reports a seed to me that RNG Reporter won't accept? Where do I go from there? I've never really used PlatinumRNG, but it sounds like Wichu's RNG. To find delay, first save in an area with high leveled pokemon and a way to catch them. Save. You need to have a clock/watch that is synchronized for this btw. At the top of the minute, soft reset and tap A as fast as you can until you are in the game. Catch a pokemon, and go onto the RNG Reporter. Go to the DPPt Seed Finder. Input the time you entered the game and the IVs (you can use stats if you are in the Find Inital Seed By Stats). Click find, and a small list should appear under that. There should be only one match (if more, look for one with a delay around 600). That's the delay you hit. Repeat a few times and find your range.
I'm just trying to cut down the time I spend breeding pokemon, and increase their overall IVs at the same time. Is there anyone available to mentor me as I try to wrap my mind around this system? Feel free to PM me when you need to.
Is there a guide anywhere for RNGing the pokewalker?
I need a simple answer it this question. very simple. Is this correct?

if its so simple then you could have figured it out yourself, check what delay you're hitting by catching a pokemon, find its IVs, or you can use the stats, and use seed finder to get what seed/delay your hitting, then adjust pikatimer accordingly to get the delay and target time you want.I need a simple answer it this question. very simple.
