i'll admit i was being optimistic with aura sphere, but only other special fighting options are vacuum wave and focus blast

here's hoping that they introduce a new special fighting move

So let's get this straight...

If this is true... I'll shit brix.

I'm just hoping that they only got right like half of it, like the girl and a couple of pokes, not the what-we-think-are-evos of tsutaja and mijimaru

EDIT: nvm, i'm actually seeing them and I like them, cept the thing next to the girl

don't leave us, dawn!!

I never liked Dawn tbh. She wasn't really developed all that well and her Piplup was just...silly.

Arbok is a cobra and Seviper is a viper, so maybe this will turn into a boa? Boas aren't poisonous (they rely on constriction to kill) so this would avoid the dreaded Grass/Poison possibility.

King cobra grass/steel like I predicted
Mijumaru water/fighting like I predicted
Pokabu Fire/Ground like I predicted
Zekrom Dragon/Electric like I predicted

would be ftw :3

Grass/Poison is probably the best reasonable typing for Tsutaja, actually. Grass/Dragon would be so cool, but it isn't weak to Fire and thus isn't likely (it would upset the rock-paper-scissors balance). It'll probably just stay pure Grass, which would suck. :(

@ Emperor: WTF; NO. Both Mijumaru AND Pokabu would have advantages over Tsutaja, while Tsutaja wouldn't have any STAB to hit Pokabu with.

Hopefully shell blade is a little better then leaf blade or has something special to set it apart from crabhammer
What's wrong with a 90BP, 100% accurate move WITH a high crit ratio on top of that? I'm sure TTar users everywhere would trade Stone Edge's stats for that... hah.

When I first heard "Shell Blade" though, the first thing that immediately came to mind was "Crush Claw". I could see Shell Blade having the same 75BP, 95% ACC, and 50% Defense lowering ability, only Water type; it would fit him perfectly if the Otter does indeed evolve into SAMURAI JACK OTTER!!!

(You win, Artemisian)

I know she didn't really develop, she was always the same person, and even gained skill and ability (and pokemon) to boast about :/

that's why I liked may and misty: at the beginning, they were complete losers without a goal in life, and they ended up okay
dawn sucked, but she still had the same personality

i still love piplup though, thats why i chose piplup over turtwig (who seems hopeless) and chimchar (whos pretty cool as well, yet not enough cause its a monkey)

Empoleon. Water/Steel. Neutral damage from Grass.

Ninja'd:Actually Empoleon isn't weak to grass. however it is weak to both fighting and ground given to the other 2 starters so I am not nessacarily sure they are following through on the roundabout type coverage thing.

As far as pokabu's typing fire ground isn't that bad of a type bar water with only 4 resists. However I can also see fire dark because his ears kinda look like a bandana. Fire dark has 4 weaknesses but 7 resists. Either way hoping for a warthog.

Crabhammer has 85% accuracy however but I forgot LeafBlade was boosted to 90 or 95 power so I could accept a water leaf blade,
