Let me just look up what a Curselax is and i'll get back to ya on that one...

EDIT: Ah, right. Pretty simple, the name says it all. Hmm, i'll think about it. I'm not sure if i want to have to sit there and Curse for eternity every single battle, though. Still, on the list it goes.
 
I'll try this on Silver version with only in-game trading and HG with trading, For both of these, all pokemon must be able to evolve to their final evolution before battling Red.

You mean SoulSilver? Unless for some reason you like playing Gen 2 :P And let me clarify, are you doing both games, or just one game?

Take Bill's Eevee, and evolve it to Espeon. Nickname it Sunny Day. It must know one STAB attack, one non-STAB attack via level up, one non-STAB attack via TM, and Sand-Attack. Otherwise you can't use it in a Gym, against the Elite 4, or against Red.

For HG, take the first Yanma you see/catch. If its ability is Compoundeyes, it must always know both Air Slash and Bug Buzz. If its ability is Speed Boost, it can never know/keep either of those moves and has to know U-Turn (TM or level up). It can only evolve after soloing Chuck's Poliwrath.

Take a Sunkern that must solo Jasmine to evolve (I see seed stalling in your future). I was going to have it solo Red but it has to evolve. Then I was going to have it solo Lance but 180 BST is pretty pathetic. So you get to Sub Seed Jasmine.
If you don't want to solo her entirely just solo the Steelix.

Take Totodile as your starter and name it Tony. It must always know 2 TM moves. It can only evolve into Croconaw inside Mt. Mortar, and it can only evolve into Feraligatr inside Mt. Silver.

A'ight, I'm doing a Pokemon Pearl run. Rules are here:

1) RED BECAUSE MUST BE READ (cwutididthar?)
I want this challenge to be one of the most difficult in existence. As such, I want you guys to make the Pokemon I use as difficult as possible. Lame Pokemon won't be accepted.
Definition of lame:
  • No offers such as 'Magikarp with only Tackle' will be accepted. I want it to be excrutiatingly difficult, but fun at the same time.
  • Pokemon that just aren't that difficult. Be exotic! Give me the most mind stompingly hard Pokemon you can!
2) The starter Pokemon must be one from an egg, coming from Pokemon SoulSilver. It can be any Pokemon you wish, except the obvious 'Magikarp/Caterpie/Weedle/etc.' It must have at least one egg move, and of course, must be interestingly hard.
3) Aside from the Egg Starter, trading is not allowed unless to promote evolution.
4) Pokemon able to be caught in Pokemon Pearl only, except for the aforementioned Egg Pokemon.
5) Pokemon that go against the rules won't be accepted.

@VikingRaider: (silver)Bring a Pinsir named "Minnesota." It must solo Morty's Gastly and Haunter. (heart gold) Bring a Nidoqueen called "Surfergrrl." It must only know special attacking moves, one of which being Surf.

@Politoed Hunter: Bring a Glameow named "DerpCat." It must solo Byron to evolve. It may never be your highest or lowest levelled team member.
 
Politoad hunter, use a Starly name WingTied, its must be Whirlwind, Defog, Endreavor and Agility, If it is male, you can never run from any wild pokemon, if its female, you must fight all the random trainers you come across, it can only evolve after soloing all of Wakes pokemon, and can only evolve again if once it reaches level 50.
 
@Politoed, you asked for it.

You must use a Gyarados that knows Thrash and Flail at all times. It can never learn Dragon Dance, a STAB move, Tutor move, or TM/HM. The one exception to this rule is, you can teach it Bounce through any means. It must be a Modest nature. It must solo Volkner.

That isn't possible, Endeavor can't kill anything, so he can't solo anything with it.

Anyway, take a Spheal as your starter. It must have Fissure as an egg move. It may evolve after learning Sheer Cold and soloing a gym leader of your choice with Fissure + Sheer Cold. You can solo one early with just Fissure, but you still have to wait for Sheer Cold. One of your other two moves must be a non-attacking move and the other one cannot be STAB. It can evolve from Sealeo into Walrein after destroying one of Bertha's Pokemon with Fissure.
 
@Politoed, seeing as how me and Dexington posted around the same time, you're allowed to have Sealeo destroy one of Volkner's Pokemon with Fissure and not have it count against your Gyarados. However Gyarados must solo every other Pokemon that Volkner has.

Accepted the Spheal, didn't accept Starly because it is impossible, rejected Glameow because it didn't seem hard enough for my needs, and rejected Gyarados because of the new rule above. Took Spheal because it was the most interesting. Five more, sorry to those who I rejected.

Politoed, take an Onix. It cannot evolve into Steelix unless it soloes Candice, and upon doing so it must immediately evolve into Steelix. It cannot know level-up Rock or Steel moves until it evolves to Steelix, and it cannot learn Ground moves by level-up (TMs are allowed in either case). It must have a Modest nature.

Wow, this will be very difficult for me but I'll give it a try.
Politoed, I give you a cherubi.
It must have a modest nature. Evolve it when you want and its moveset should be: take down, bullet seed, worry seed and lucky chant. It can't battle when sunny day is active and must solo 2 of fantina's pokemons.
This must be fun to use

In that case, I give you a choice on which game to use my Espeon in. Please declare it as soon as possible.
 
@Politoed hunter, i give you one of the most ridiculous challenges i've ever seen on the thread, coming from the master of impossibilities, Treadshot A1 himself, with me adding to the insanity to make it one of the hardest challenges (if not THE hardest, that is still doable) ever. also a slight edit on the pokemon due to makuhita not being in pearl ;)

Machop named handstied, without: Bulk Up, Double Team, Payback, or any other fighting typed move. It cannot evolve until you solo Fantina with it, and no physical move tutor moves are allowed on it. it has to have the ability no guard, and has to be holding a burn orb at all times (imported on the spheal from SS). you may not fling this orb. to evolve from machoke to machamp, you must not use any burn heals/full heals/Old Chateu/Lava cookies/Heal powders on it during the battle with fantina. you may not breed for this machop either.
IF THIS POKEMON LEARNS THE MOVE REST, YOU MAY NEVER EVOLVE IT

HG: take an aipom, name it Handyman. it may only evolve after you defeat TR at goldenrod. if it has technician, then all of it's moves must be 60 base power or lower (unless it's an HM, or moves of varying power, i.e. return, grassknot, low kick, etc.)

S: take a miltank and name it Stantler. must always keep the move stomp.

@cayr, take a magneton, which i highly suggest to be named 343GUILTY. must be caught as a magneton in new mauville, and must always keep the move SPARK. (the awesomeness of this poke will be tremendous.)
