Take a slakoth named lazy. It cannot evolve until it knows both sucker punch and focus punch and is at least level 35. As a vigoroth, it must imediatley evolve into a slaking asap. As a slaking the only two moves it may use in battle are sucker punch and focus punch (it can have other moves, but it cant use them in battle. I suggest two of the three learnable hms).

-treecko-It must learn and keep Screech always. Using the move tutor, teach it Swagger. You must solo one of Wattson's Pokemon with a Swagger + Screech combo, only those moves to evolve into Grovyle. You may then delete Swagger if you want. Cannot become a Sceptile until you beat your Rival in Victory Road.
-ralts-Saf7-Have it evolve to Kirlia only at Lv. 30 or higher, and Gardevoir exactly 6 levels after (if you happen to have not fulfilled the coming requirements by then, it remains a Kirlia forever). However, it cannot evolve to Gardevoir until after you beat Mossdeep Gym (not just Ralts/Kirlia, you can beat the gym with whatever you feel like), and it has to KO a Wailmer as well (which if i remember correctly, are abundant around Mossdeep).

@pharoh: get zubat, can't evolve until soloing 3 gym trainers (any trainer in the gym, not just the leader) with only Leech Life and Supersonic.
@cayr: Get Shroomish, name it precious. Must use at least one attack against every flting type pre-e4. If it ever drops below half HP, stop what you're doing and run to the Pokemon center.

Catch a Budew, it can only have a Grass type attacking move if it has Water Sport, it can only have a Poison type attacking move if it has Pin Missile (egg group)
@ pharaoh get a rotom if its nature is plus atk, make it the mower, if the nature is plus sp atk, make it the oven, if the nature is plus def, make it the washer, if the nature is plus sp def fridge, if the nature is plus speed make it the fan. neutral nature means no forms. It always must know ominous wind.
This is on Emerald, regular Scramble.
Take a Camerupt that must know Earthquake and Eruption.
Ok pharaoh, I'm giving you my signature challenge with some changes:
Girafarig (Agilyneck) with agility but NO BATON PASS. Must have stomp and crunch as its only damaging moves.
Have fun
Take the Togepi egg, evolve it to Togetic/Togekiss as soon as you can, and teach it these moves as early as possible:
ExtremeSpeed / Aura Sphere / Flamethrower / Hidden Power
Once these moves are taught, Togetic/Togekiss may never learn new moves.

Uhh I've never played platinum but I do know it doesn't involve wi-fi... Can someone post how to get the key?
For your last one, take a Piplup as your starter. It must solo Roark to evolve into Prinplup, then Byron to evolve into Empoleon. Its moveset by the E4 must consist of Swords Dance (TM from the Game Corner), Waterfall, Drill Peck and a move of your choice.
To unlock the different Rotom forms, you need the Secret Key.
The key for Platinum does involve Mystery Gift over WiFi I'm afraid, and the time to get the key already expired. Therefore Rotom cannot be an appliance at all.

Use a Phione, make it the Hydrator set in the Smogon Analysis. Set all its IVs to 0 with your AR.
Take a Rotom, it may not be any of the forms at any time. It may also not learn any attacking electric moves.
@Ihs: Bring a Torkoal name it "B.B.B." (Baby-batter buffer). It must know Protect and use it at least once per opponent (that means each Pokemon, not each trainer).
Take a Lickitung named Kiki(f) or Bobo(m). It can only evolve if it has the moves Belly Drum/ Defense Curl/ Rollout/ Refresh at level 41. At that point, it can change any moves besides Belly Drum.

plus an update on my Scramble
I started with Bonsly instead of Beldum since i found out in platinum bonsly are only daily trophy garden pokemon (freaking ridiculous chances of getting one IMO), and right now i'm heading off to eterna after destroying Mars in the Windworks, Rock throw and low kick destroy everything. leveling bonsly early on was ridiculous though, since at level 6 it only had copycat (mirror move essentially), fake tears and flail >_>.
OH AND A MIRACLE HAPPENED. i was breeding for a DD larvitar for Sprocket's poke, and a SHINY LARVITAR HATCHES. it's a careful nature, not that bad, but it IS A FREAKING SHINY. my first ever shiny hatch :D. i named him Sprocket. leveled him up to 41, slapped on a choice scarf (need this to outspeed everything and limit the amount of "larvitar used a different move!" BS), and traded it over to platinum where it is now sitting in my box until i get to maylene.

nono it's not that i didnt want bonsly (heck i thought sudowoodo was one of the coolest pokes in G/S/C), it's just that i thought you could find it with some easier method, like in diamond where you could find them everywhere. no worries though, ever since i got rock throw on bonsly i've never looked back :P
