Chlorophyll as an ability is really good IMO, Swarm too although swarm could be better...
If there was a Bug variation of Flail, Swarm would be more useful.
Why use Swarm when you can get the same boost at 100% health with Technician? Swarm is pretty much destined for failure, unless they give it an additional effect. I think you should get a boost for each Bug-type on your team, regardless of your amount of health. The boost would only be given to the Swarm Pokemon, so something like Guts Heracross or Technician Scizor could not abuse it. The scale would be similar to Dragon Dance boosts, with each additional Bug-type on your team granting a 1.5x boost. Of course, it would only boost Bug-type moves.
Wow, facepalm, you're right. In a perfect world Swarm would double the power of Bug moves, or boost attack, or some combination. Even a 1.5 Attack boost doesn't compensate for the loss of Technician. . .

Regarding the eeveelution traits, I never (well it slipped my mind) that Espeon would be the perfect candidate for Solar Power. It is the pokemon that is representative of the sun and I think, it would assist it distinguishing it further from other Psychic Pokemon.
Leafeon, either herbivore or Chlorophyll I think are top choices.
Jolteon, I can see it getting perhaps Lighting Rod, but perhaps a newer trait will be revealed.
Flareon, ;/ Flame Body xD (again hoping for a newer trait; Fire Type Chlorophyll.
Umbreon, Pressure or Intimidate.

Move over Technician Scizor, 1367 (That's 80 multiplied by 1.5 seven times to account for 5 other bug types, choice band, and STAB) power X-Scissor Swarm Scizor becomes staple! And mono-bug sucks less.

Ridiculous! How could you all lose such faith in Mamanbou? Of coarse it's a Luvdisc evo, GF has no reason to make two heart shaped fish pokemon.

GF had no reason to make such a terrible Pokemon anyway. They clearly like to troll us. Making a potential Luvdisk evo and then revealing it to be a unique Pokemon is just another way to troll us. Remember in the old games where you could trade a Spearow for a Farfetched? Classic GF trolling.
Also they clearly said there would only be Gen V until the national dex. So why exactly would they show us a Pokemon that cannot be obtained until after the Elite Four?

They meant that each of his abilities are only activated in a sandstorm, not both at the same time.
Same reason they heavily promoted stuff like Electivire before DP came out, even though it couldn't be gotten until the National Dex (with Elekid and Electabuzz also not being in the original regional dex), and the same reason they promote post-game features like the Battle Frontier--to show a wide variety of the material in the game, both during it and after it, to try and get people as interested as possible. Yeah, Game Freak's already lol trolling us a bit with stuff like Musharna (and people thought it could be related to Drowzee just when we knew about Munna...), but this would really be a bit much, especially since the fish Mamanbou's name suggests it's based on isn't exactly heart shaped, so preserving that shape for it seems a bit odd unless it is related to Luvdisc.
Oh. I never realized they showed Evire before DP came out. Ok yeah, it probably is a Luvdisk evo. Unless GF wants to troll us.
