Pokemon Black and White (SPECULATIONS ALLOWED HERE)

Personally, I feel like some guy drew what he thought would look cool for final evolutions for the grass and water guys, and then just made taller versions of their first evos to fill in the middle.
I like the water evo chain, I REALLY hope the other two, or all three are faked!

Well, the other two lines are ok, imo. I don't understand why everyone hates Miju's last stage, it looks kinda cool imo. If this turns out to be real, I'm going to pick it and hate GF until they make a real fire boar '__'

Well, the signs don't look good at the moment. Serebii's apparently confirmed them as real, after initially dismissing them as fake. Talk about trolling...

I meant in the games like Colloseum and PBR. Its static sprite is always standing straight up. Tyflosion isn't hunched over nearly as much as Swampert but it isn't completely straight like almost all bipedal Pokemon. I guess Feraligatr is hunched over just as much and is considered bipedal so I'll give you that.
 
Please someone tell me why they think mijumaru3 is such an abomination. You wanted a samurai. And that "abomination" is pretty damn close if you ask me. He has the armor and a sword what more do you need.

Also just because the screenshot is fake it wouldn't disprove the starters. But if the starters were fake it would disprove the screenshot
 
I really doubt those starters are real. I mean, in the past gens, all the starters' second and final evolutions looked to be pretty much a grown up form of the pokemon, being clearly identifiable as pretty much the same species. Fire monkey evolved into a bigger fighting fire monkey. A small crocodile evolved into a bigger crocodile, etc, etc. I really don't see the correlation between an otter and a water fishunicorn, or a fire piglet and a fire wrestler... the only one even remotely looking real is smugleaf's evo, although I doubt it'd lose all it's limbs...
 
All this starter news is pretty lame, but what about the monkey trio? Why does no one care about that!? Personally I think it's awesome, means there's another fire/water/grass all in one. And if they all evolve into something different... my head will asplode

I don't see how anyone can say a pig evolving into a pig wrestler is that much of a stretch, especially if it does turn out to be Fire/Fighting. I can understand if someone thinks it's ugly but I don't understand how it couldn't make sense if they wanted to make it part Fighting. If you need some logical reason for a pig to evolve specifically into a wrestler instead of some other fighting archetype then I guess you could think of mud wrestling...

Seriously man, I had an idea that Pokabu would turn out a wild boar looking that have a ball of fire between its two gigantic tusk. Then its body have a design similar to those creatures from the game Okami. Should look something like this only the tusk is bigger and it have red/orange body color with the pattern black.

Here's an idea: Dento uses all three of the monkeys. This will teach you type-effectiveness, as no matter what starter you pick you will have two NVE Pokemon to fight and one SE. When you beat Dento, he'll give you one of the three monkeys; Grass gets Fire, Fire gets Water, Water gets Grass. I think that'd be a really cool way to reward players.
 
Aside from Tsutaja's evo (I guess it is the emptiness of the eyes and strange color scheme), I'm perfectly happy with the starter evolutions. I actually really really like both of Mijumaru's (assuming these are, in fact, real).

Actually, it's been shown that at some point two other trainers show up where Dento is after he introduces himself-- a guy with red hair and a guy with blue hair. We've already been shown a battle intro for just Dento though. But either way it seems obvious to me the other two guys will get the other two monkeys.

Serebii apparently doesn't know his shit. I mean, seriously, he tried to confirm the initial 2ch rumours via IP address... This dude better gets into some computer courses...

I never saw that. Damn it, that would have been cool. I'm just sick of the typical TM reward for every gym.
 
Speaking of, we still don't know if the starter type apes are even real. They could be faked based on the fact there were those two other trainers which seemed to reinforce the idea of a Grass/Fire/Water trio. The source didn't say where they got the image, after all. But who knows.

@Zach: It's probably hidden behind the text. Also the names apparently include a third -appu and the source apparently said their names and types. It seems weird they would place the text to cover up a new Pokemon, though.

That's pure genius (despite the fact that I'd be a little surprised if anything besides the starters got the Oath moves). That combined with the fact that Yanappu, at least, is confirmed to use the move Acrobat, which in Triple Battles allows you to hit foes normally out of your range, makes me almost sure the first gym would be a triple battle. The only thing makes me doubt it is that we've already seen one of those VS. cut ins for Dento and just Dento, and as far as I know the other two trainers weren't shown then. And I don't think they would have changed that stuff so late in development unless their intention was specifically to hide it.
 
My guess is you fight each of them individually, then all at once. I seem to remember seeing a pic of you going up against the red haired guy in the trio.
 
Oh God, those starter evos might be REAL, according to Serebii. Those designs are fucked up, IMO, especially Pokabu's evolution line.
