Blue Sky has listed a number of rumors in the past that turned out wrong.
For a DP example, it listed a number of moves, I think Pokemon, and Roark's team.
Virtually all were wrong. Digletts!
I also highly doubt Game Freak would completely invalidate your trained Pokemon from the past two generations.
Even with all the alterations between 3rd & 4th, it was basically just moves that were once useful were now not as useful.
If base stats, EV & IV calculation, and so on were all changed, it drastically would effect your Pokemon, far far more then physical/special split and more moves to the movepool
I just hope the hard work I've spent the last while doing won't go to waste. It isn't like gen2 to gen3, but if they change drastically then that means EV spreads may need to be changed. Bit of a problem from the level 100's. Not a big problem though, an annoyance however.
How would they change though, I wonder.
Either way I'm remaining open to news but skeptical of anything not official.
Yeah, they said he would be a Ground type Gym Leader, named Zakku (Zack). They were wrong. On the other hand, they leaked info on the 4th gen. starters and were correct.

527: Koromori. 528: Koromori Evo. A bat Pokémon with blue body and white fur. It maintains heart-shaped eyes but adds a hook tail.
Koromori doesn't have heart-shaped eyes though. The heart-shaped thing is its nose.
I'm pretty sure it's a nose since it sticks out, and he has two "w" hair flaps to denote eye locations.
It's a nose. It juts out like a real bat's nose and everything.
Meanwhile the supposed evo's description sounds suspiciously like some fakemon art that was floating around a week or so ago
I always thought those "w" were tiny hands...
Either way, Heart Stamp means it's pressing its Eye or Nose against you.
Both are equally weird mental images.
PokeJungle has part of the sprite of Yanappu's evo. They say it's legit.

If this were to happen, I'm thinking kids won't buy the game anymore, thus changing this game to T instead of E.

GF supports these kind of things? Maybe there would be two daycares? One with only two pokemon that can go in and another with 3? I guess like FR LG. So the one with 3 might increase the pokemon's level and happiness and the one with two is the daycare for breeding. Also it would be ironic if all of the new stuff was true and then the new IV/EV system made all our flawless pokemon useless =P
