Hey guys! Welcome to my art thread! Some of this artwork here is REALLY REALLY old, but I intend to get back into drawing Pokemon. I draw too much Warcraft lately and forgot how much fun I have doing all this stuff.

OmusaSteelhorn is my "new" internet name, Naraku301 is my old one, and even DeviantArt still redirects to my page when you punch that one in instead.

My favorite thing to do when I nickname my Pokemon is to name them after my friends and family. Then I end up doing pictures of that Pokemon. They're not exactly like the original design in some instances. Usually it's slight facial markings (an example would be if the person I know has glasses, there are extra markings around the eyes).

I guess I'll gradually add more as I do them. I have a few more, but I don't want to do a post over load.

Although there's something weird with Salamence and Weavile's eyes in the first picture?

It's the markings I mentioned. The people these Pokemon were named after wear glasses, so instead of having Pokemon actually WEAR glasses (that seemed tacky to me at the time) I did the facial markings. Roserade has them too, they're just triangles instead of rings.

did you seriously made that on paint?, that looks too good to be made with a mouse, I LOVE that weavile. Keep up the good work man! also do you make requests?

I own a Lenovo X41, which is a tablet PC. The Feraligatr was done in MS Paint, but I used the tablet to draw it. It took about an hour actually.

I don't usually do requests, usually for the reason that I'm terrible about getting any of them done.
 
These are really impressive, I love the details and shading, but I would prefer for some of them to be more anatomically correct.

Needs more Dragonite

I don't like the idea of putting glasses on Pokemon, but that's how my friend did it in his comic. Since I was making a sort of tribute to it, I gave in and drew glasses.

I hope to get some more done soon, I've been rather busy. It'll probably be Tyson the Luxray, Shawn the Espeon, and Mikey the Sceptile next.
