I really liked the branched evolutions.... some really cool pokemon came out of it. :(

Alternate forms seem to stupid to me because if they act like Rotom does on WiFi it will be pointless.

They definitely need a Fire/Normal type seeing as now we have Grass and Water counterparts.

Becuase we all know how much Bambi and Bibarel will be used...

But most branched evolutions were cool. Slowking, Gallade, Froslass, Politoed, all the Eeveelutions, the Hitmons and Shedinja.

Everything was good apart from Bellosom, Dustox/Beautifly, Huntail/Gorebyss and the Burmadam family.

I think Mebukijika will be a good Grass absorber for Swampert in OU if it gets good stats. Mostly Atk and Spe. If not OU, then maybe UU for Quagsire.

Actually Hydro pump has 360 BP in the rain.
120 x2(STAB) x 1.5(rain) = 360.

So yes, its going to pack a heck of a punch.

Even if the previously suggested stat spread for pirate fish does come about, Hydro Pump in rain has 300 BP... That's stronger than a non-stab Explosion. I mean, goddamn. That's got to pack a punch, right?

Actually, Explosion reduces the opponent's Defense by 1/2 when it calculates damage so it has an effective Base Power of 500. So Adaptability Rain-boosted Hydro Pump won't be stronger than Explosion, but will hit very hard.
