Most Generation PRNG Help / Information

The odds of getting a hex flawless ability 1 modest (even with sychronizer) is somewhere around 1 in 4.3 billion. I'm guessing that has something to do with it. Haven't really looked for myself though.
I see. That explains why I didn't find it using other seeds either. I just did a search for 31/x/31/31/31/31 IVs and ability 1 turned up. Thanks.

6937DA48 (PID) occurs on Frame 304 of 6D0203EF.
6937DA48's lowest frame occurs with a delay of 10158, which is why you didn't see it :)
Do remember that PIDs occur on other, completely different, seeds at different frames (thus dates and times).

Modest is probably the luckiest hexaflawless spread, occurring on pretty much all publicly known IVPID algorithms (except Common GBA Restricted).

The download link for Wild Eep's ID Finder doesn't seem to be working for me. Is anyone else having the same problem? If it isn't working, could somebody give me a link to a working download link? Thanks.

Why does the Frame advance by 1 before I deposit my Parent in the Day Care? Is it because of the Pokemon behind me?

My Elm Responses for my seed is P,P,K,E,P,K,P,E,K,K but when I was verifying the Elm Responses using the Search Elm Function, it only gave me P,K,E,P,K,P,E,K,K.

Do you have any Roamers in the wild? Like the Raikou, the Entei, or the Latios/Latias?

I tried the link and it wasn't working for me either. I think the latest version of RNG Reporter has ID Finder built into it. Just click on Pandora's Box. Oh, here's the link just in case you need extra info.

i've rng'd many times, but then i keep getting these now "now match for your elm responses", ive checked all details and im inputting them right, even adjusted the time delays (+/-) to 99 on both sides and added 9 seconds (+/-) on both sides. still nothing.
 
Sorry if that has been asked before, but how much info can be found about B/W RNG abuse? How does frame advancing work, monster frames and how to advance RNG?
I am kind of only interested into 5th Gen for now..
 
Emerald breeding in VBA question: If I created a save state when the old man says "take good care if it" will the spread change from normal to split? Or I am doomed to use normal spread?
 
Anyone using a DSi for RNG breeding? I've noticed that DSi has a delay in loading up something unlike a regular DS. Can anyone tell me when I should load up my game based on the 1st Timer? I'm trying for 0.7s, 0.6s, and 0.5s. Sometimes I hit my seed, sometimes not. I'm planning to adjust Pikatimer by subtracting 0.5s on the first timer and adding it on the second timer to remove the "delay" and start my game when the 1st Timer goes 0. Is this any good?

Umm.. if that doesn't work just use mine, the update will fix it for you. I'm not entirely sure that what you said will do anything good for you. It might though, so you can go ahead and try it.

Use either Toasts, or Pikatimer. Same process on both.
Hit the button to open the game once the first timer hits 0.
See what delay you hit, enter that into the "Other delay" box, and click update. This will now change the timers to take that into account. Good luck :)
