I'm making a Cynthia team for OU, what are the best 5th gen movesets for Spiritomb, Wargle, Shibirudon, Lucario, and Milotic?

Spiritomb HAS to be some kind of lead.
I guess Wargle could make use of a Choice Band or Scarf, given its speed.
I see Shibirudon as being a special attacker with Acid Bomb.
Lucario can be a Nasty Plotter.
Milotic can run Boiling Water and Dragon Tail.
Garchomp can be a classic swords dancer?

I just unlocked Open Sky in Dream World. Is there a way to pick which Dream Isle area you go to? What if I want to go back to Small Forest again?

Don't know about this gen, but last gen I had good success with a Spiritomb with Trick; Pursuit; Sucker Punch; Will-o-Wisp and a Choice Band. Really messes with opponent leads (e.g. a bulky SR user like Hippo go for the trick, for stuff like Azelf go for Pursuit as they can't touch you, for Heatran gtfo of there).

EV'd in Max HP max Attack. Spiritomb's speed is woeful anyway.

Not really point in carrying Dragon Tail on Milotic if you don't get rocks up. Give Wargle the CS; and use a bulky Garchomp (plays like Swampert in Gen 4) with SR; Toxic; Dragon Tail; EQ. Lucario is a good NPer, but it might be worth trying the SD set as well. Never tried Shibirudon before so couldn't tell you what the best is.

I don't believe this question was answered but is it possible to transfer an English Raikou (Gamestop) into a Japanese Pokemon Black/White via the transfer machine? I know it doesn't work with Pokeshifter but this may be different...

Regarding the earlier post on Sheer Force + Nitro Charge:

This means Hihidaruma doesn't get the speed boost, correct?
Also, would Brick Break be boosted, due to the 100% postive effect as well?

yeah he doesn't gets the speed boost and no Brick Break don't gets the boost.

In-game, if you switch in a weather pokemon that dies to entry hazards, does it change the weather? I was under the impression that weather is summoned as soon as a pokemon makes an appearance with things like hazards/poisons/weather damage taking place at the end of the turn.

Nope, unfortunately if your weather Pokémon dies from hazards when it switches in, it dies before changing the weather.

EDIT: I have a question too, but I didn't want to double post. =P
I was using a fairly successful Dream World team in which my lead was a TrickScarf Darkrai. Now that Darkrai is uber again (it's about time, although abusing him was fun while it lasted haha), who should I replace him with? I'm thinking TrickScarf Jirachi with Jolly 4 HP/242 Atk/252 Spe and Iron Head, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, and Trick. Is this a good spread and moveset to be an effective lead? Note that I do not need it to know Stealth Rock as I have Natteorei on the team. Thanks for any help. :)

Is there an up to date list of released DW pokemon anywhere? It seems like the first post of the thread here hasn't been updated in a while

do you guys know if any store is giving out any promos for ordering black/white from them? like gamestop giving lugia or ho-oh figurines for pre-ordering from them.

Well it's uasage is low compared to Blaziken and the only reason to use it in OU is a scarf set/lead. These are not as good this gen though.
