Both of those questions depend on your team support. If you use adamant nature blaziken, then I reccomend using protect over shadow claw to make up for the lack of speed. If you run jolly then shadow claw is needed due to complete it's coverage. Running jolly you have to be warry of who you send it in on because you can't protect and then ko. Flash fire shandera destroys blazikens lacking shadow claw, so you should put a shandera counter into your team. As for metagross, meteor mash and earthquake are givens, but ice punch is very useful in this metagame for gliscor/dragons, so I would reccomend using that.
The analysis said Ice Punch has redundant coverage and Thunderpunch is the best option...also, shouldn't Blaziken carry Stone Edge?

In 5'th gen, ice punch covers garchomp/latias/latios/gliscor/other dragons. Shadow claw covers latias/latios/gengar/burungeru/etc. which all resist your stabs. Stone edge has shakey accuracy, and having flare blitz as your only reliable move is not good, especially since you will be taking around half damage from recoil every time you use it.

What's 'smogon's' position on glitches for competitive play in gen 5?

It has come to my attention that many illegal move sets can be used when the rage glitch is used. For example, I have a Jigglypuff with rage, switcheroo, memento and tickle, in my US platinum. I plan on breeding it with an Erufuun to get the 'illegal' moveset of siwtcheroo+memento. Surely the same can be done for things like Nattorei leech seed+spikes+stealth rock.

Also, I can breed it now, I'm just too lazy to trade it to my JP heartgold, then shift to white.

So it should go over TPunch? Is there any use for Zen Headbutt?

Does Zen Headbutt give such poor coverage that it isn't worth using even with STAB? I use it lead Metagross to hit lead Machamp, but...

Use Zen Headbutt if it hits your usual counter hard. In the case of Metagross, it hits Rotom formes and Zapdos harder than any of its moves. Although you would not want to replace Tpunch because Gyarados.

What kind of EV spread should I run on a non sandstream Tyranitar in order to survive a rain boosted hydro pump from Starmie and KO with pursuit on the switch?

Timid LO Starmie to max/max Careful TTar in Rain = 112.9% - 132.7%

Non LO Starmie to max/max Careful TTar in Rain = 86.6% - 102.5%

Forget about it, you're not surviving any rain boosted Hydro Pumps from Starmie anytime soon.

All right, another question. How much Sp. Attack would a Politoed need to KO a Tyranitar with Focus Blast?

depends on the TTar,
for 4/0HP tyranitar its;
impossible with Sandstorm (unless you use LO or Choice Specs)
without Sandtorm you only need 76 SpA Evs with a neutral nature with a +SpA Nature you need no EVs at all.

There is no chance that will be allowed, as it pretty much makes any poke that learns Rage Smeargle but with way better stats. I'd prefer not to see Spore Aerodactyl, thank you

You're blowing this WAY out of proportion. Obviously aerodactyl doesn't learn spore, but the moves he suggested on nattorei (for example) are actually all legal moves that he can learn.

We can't just allow specific movesets when they're illegal, and glitching won't be supported on shoddy or PO

What pokemon goes good with erufuun, nattorei, roobushin, salamence, and burungeru that is good against breloom and fighting types? What set/EVs/items/ and nature should it have? (Also, I heard salamence is in OU because of gen 5, is that true? If it isn't I'll change it to something else. If I have to change it with something else I would want a replacement with it.)

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Impish / Poison Heal
252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
-Fling
-Earthquake
-Acrobat
-Protect/Taunt/Toxic

Immune to Spore, STAB Acrobat to hit Roobushin/Breloom/other Fighting Pokemon.

Since people say that Soul Dew isn't in B/W, I assume this means that when you migrate Pokémon from D/P/Pt/HG/SS to B/W, they cannot be holding items?
