So let me see what I've got right. Fill in/correct please, this is an example for Perfect Victini.
I'm going to test-catch Victini a couple of times to find a calibrated Delay (that might still take some time, is there an american IV check code?)
Once I've figured that out, I'm going to use a Timer as instructed, walk 22272 steps (Frame 526, so minus 3, 3 pokemon in party meaning (523/3)*128 steps).
Whether or not that's correct, if the Nature I want is on frame 37 of that RNG (I know, these values are ridiculous), I would save how many times? I wish I could assume 36

Actually, out of 80 results, that was the lowest perfect. I found a 31/3/31/31/31/31 for frame 145, I'm willing to settle that, that was just an example situation. I"m not legitimately planning to walk 22272 steps
EDIT:
Max Frame: 2000
Min/Max Delay: 1600-6000
MAC Address: (last 6 digits): a80ee0
I'd put 31/_/31/31/31/31 Year: 2011.
What are you trying to capture\hatch? Please specify whether you are attempting to breed a shiny Pokémon, breed IVs onto a Pokémon, or capture a Pokémon.
-CAPTURE A WILD POKEMON IN A GRASS PATCH WITH DECENT IVs
What is your target seed and frame? What is the delay of that seed? What is the MAC address of the DS you are using?
-IDK WHAT THESE ARE, THE GUIDE DOES NOT EXPLAIN WHAT THESE ARE
Would trying to RNG on the Driftveil Draawbridge change anything when you try to RNG (C-Gear seed)? Or would you do the regular procedure - Hit your target time/delay, advance your frame, catch the pokemon.
So to find out if I hit the right seed, I need to catch a pokémon this time and check it's IVs match the IVs in the seed). Is this even possible when going for Victini? It looks to be in a house where there are no wild pokémon..???

You can practice your calibrations on regular wild Pokemon first, with Sweet Scent. Once you get your timing down then you can go for Victini.
The thing about the roamers is that you can easily RNG shininess (but don't ask about that now) and flawless IVs, but not both at the same time. The roamer is regenerated at the end of your battle with the E4 champion. However, the IVRNG is advanced in battle at 120 frames\second. You would need to find a very high frame (the tens, maybe hundreds of thousands) and then end the battle with the champion at the precise moment to get the IVs you want.
Needless to say, it's not going to be easy for you to RNG Thundurus. (Although RNGing shininess will be easy for you, once we release the next RNG Reporter.)
Thanks, well i say i released it into the wild, i actually saved it before the door, before the thundurus cut scene, is that before or after the IVs have been decided? Either way, is it worth me waiting for the next RNG reporter to be released, and for a better guide to be up, or have i ruined the chance of me RNGing thundurus easily forever. I am more than happy to wait for all this, but if i have no chance of RNGing it anyway, then i would like to continue on with my game rather than waiting for something that isn't going to work for me in this case.
Is there a specific timer for 5th gen rng or is it ok to continue using pikatimer as before?
